She took a great time to explain to me what is she doing and what are the causes of some issues. She really took good care of me. Yesterday, I visited Dr Richard Manuelian. It was great! I didn't feel anything, super quick, no pain, literally nothing. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and what would be the best next move. Instead of going to a salon and having to break up my entire day just to get a tan, I was able to do whatever I had to do at home prior to Natalia arriving. When Natalia arrived she quickly set up the pop up tent in my living room and my tan was complete within minutes. Natalia then applied baby powder in areas over the tan so that it would not feel sticky afterwards. I can personally say that it did not feel sticky AT ALL and I have experienced this feeling after other tans in the past (done at salons). Having a tan done in the comfort of your own home is amazing!! You do not need to worry about sweating off the tan after leaving a salon and ending up with weird and uneven marks. You can easily put on anything you want afterwards and feel extremely comfortable at home, until you can shower. You also don't need to worry about other weather inconveniences such as rain. The entire experience was great and Natalia was super sweet and personable. Natalia also followed up about my tan the next day and gave me suggestions to obtain the optimal color that I wanted. I had noted that for next time I want to go a shade lighter and Natalia advised me that she keeps a log of the shade she does for each client every time, so that it is easy to refer back to it during your next session. She suggested what I can do to lighten the color of my current tan for this time (this was only a trial, as I did not have a specific event to attend this time) and it worked!

I came back to see him and his response was it shouldn't have broken unless I was chewing rocks. I was eating ice cream... He replaced it and again did sloppy work. I couldn't even floss between the teeth. Other dentists point out how terrible the work is. I'm away again, the crown cracks for the second time, eating mash potatoes. I have other crowns that haven't broken in 15 years. No point in going back to him again as I'm aware he's incompetent. He was a recommendation from a friend who is now also having a lot of complications from his work.

Knowing that I need to see an endodontist and I came in hoping for treatment for a root canal in one of my molars. I spoke to the front desk, over the phone, if they perform a root canal for tooth number 2. I asked the front desk if she was an endodontist, and she said, the doctor does root canals and other things too. I schedule an appointment for a consultation to be turned away because this procedure requires an endodontist. I paid the consultation for something I already know. It's a waste of money and time if you ask me. I give it a could've been better rating. On the other hand, she has a nice comfortable office and she does seem to be passionate about dentistry but I couldn't say much about her work since I never received any work from her.
