The monogramming came back of centered and slanted and they monogrammed the name upside down. Embarrassing, I would never had brought my things here if I had an idea of how terrible they are, no apologies and pretending as if everything was fine they gave me my things facing down so I wouldn't see what they had done. Save your money and your time. They refunded me the money after I went back and forth for a while with an employee I got my money back in bills and quarters $33 not out of them acknowledging their mistake but me fighting for my child's ruined items. I spent $80 on a backpack and lunchbox to be ruined which they did not take any responsibility for. If you are not competent enough to do a job decline it. I asked for them to pay for my ruined items and all I got from their employee was "I'm sorry".

I had then switched to a uniform company and didn't need their services for quite some time. Over the last month I had the need to go by and purchase several jackets for my staff, with a tight time frame to get them done. At no point did they make me feel like I was asking too much and the jackets came in and were embroidered exactly as they said they would be. Most recently, another rush job to embroider 5 shirts in time for a home show I'm doing. After assuring me that they would be done in 3 days, I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from them the same afternoon letting me know they were done. Very nice and courteous staff, very easy to work with. I will definitely be back.

It was listed under the same name, but when I come to pick it up, the gym uniforms are ready, but they only have one car decal. I drove across town to pick up these orders thinking they were both ready but ended up having to pay $10 for them to mail out 1 decal. There is no way a decal cost them $10 to ship! This place is a rip off!

Whoooo, I won't have to travel to Harwin anymore!…read more I visit SK Vinyl in Harwin quite frequently, so once I heard they opened one up in the Katy area, I was intrigued and excited! This place is HUGE! Very spacious compared to all the other vinyl places I've been to! Everything is spread out neatly and is well kept. Huge selection of vinyl - both HTV and adhesive. They have a better adhesive vinyl selection than any other place I've been to. I've used both HTV and adhesive and they've worked very well. HTV sticks on nicely and adhesive is easy to work with. THEIR TRANSFER TAPE IS THE BEST! I won't work with anything else but theirs! Cheap and works great - I don't ever have problems working with it when using oracle 651/631. Customer service is amazing. The young ladies are so quick to assist with any questions or concerns I have regarding their products. They're very friendly and will help with taking your items to the front if needed. I would like to see a better shirt selection here such as Gildan or even Bella Canvas.. but they do have a lot of products such as aprons, mugs, mouse pads, baby body suits, etc.
