I hired Lillian for help with my taxes after hearing she was highly recommended. This was a…read moreterrible decision. I provided all my materials in a timely manner but she filed my taxes months late and only with my prodding. I was then penalized with late fees, which she did not cover. Instead she invoiced me for almost 4 times the original amount she quoted, which I had to push to get reduced. On top on that I just received a letter stating the filling was wrong and that I now owe additional money. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with an accountant. I can't speak for the other services she offers but taxes are not her forte.

Run very efficiently and staffed by nice people. But don't go here to print one black and white…read moresheet of paper -- it will cost you over $5! For one piece of paper! They charge an "email fee" of over $2. A shame because they are close to my home and I do like the people there. Just go to a PrintWithMe kiosk nearby instead. It's less than half the price and there are several in the area. Edit: I appreciate the reply, respect your hard work, and will continue to visit for package drop off, but my frustration is over a simple printed piece of basic paper and not something that requires extensive labor or time or high quality materials. There is no need for something that basic to cost over $5. As other reviews have noted, charging $2.25 simply to open an email (to open the document I'm already being charged over $2 to get printed) is just comical, no? I hope you will reconsider this in the future.
