Visited TD Bank today to notarize some documents. Was informed the notary did not have a stamp…read more Really. What kind of notary does not have a stamp! SMH. Very disappointed and now I realize why I love Chase! #chase

Tiring and tiring trying to get this bank to cooperate with me. I normally don't have an issue, but…read morethey gritted their teeth after me constantly annoying them to dispute a charge I could not have made. They refused to honor me my refund. This branch specialist looked at me like I have four heads, but when I called the company in question on speakerphone at the branch, the guy on too much protein powder was not convinced it was not my charge. It could have taken them a week at least, but the $200.00 of phone sex calls charged by a guy named 'Jason' to my card was never returned to me. So I took out my family and I from their services entirely. Safety deposit box, my savings, and CD, and went to another bank. After the said company could not verify my information in front of the branch member, and they were willing to return my money to me, all he had to do is release funds. Sign a paper, fax it back, and I would have gotten my money back. When I asked to speak to a manager, conveniently there was never one there at the moment, when I went to clear out all my things, a manager was finally conjured and appeared out of thin air. It was too late, for I was not going to keep my money at a place where if I had never made a complaint in almost a decade on anything. why would you not believe me now? This location sucked as Commerce Bank, and for me, TD is no different.
