She stuck with us on our long journey of looking at resells and then waiting for our new build to be complete so we could sell our current home. I loved that Katie was so flexible with our schedule and knew right away whether or not we'd like a home, she knew our style and understood our wants out of this search. She takes the time to know her clients and remembers each of them, you don't find that often and it was nice to not have to repeat what I needed out of this. Katie is not only professional, but also personable. I didn't feel like this was a "business" relationship, it was as if I was texting/calling/meeting up with a friend that I trusted to help me find the perfect home. I trusted every opinion Katie had, at times I would reach out and ask silly questions and she was always willing to help or steer me in the right direction. Katie not only helped us find our new build home, but she was there every step of the way from walk throughs and inspections, I felt so comfortable having her there and having her expertise by my side. When it came to selling our home, I couldn't be happier with how smooth it all went, she was very supportive in our decision and has made sure everything has gone right to close. I have sworn against ever moving again because who likes moving? But if I ever change my mind I pray that Katie is still a realtor so we can have her back again! This was the best experience and I am always quick to share her info when anyone even thinks another buying/selling, hands down best choice ever! Thanks Katie team for everything, because of you all of this was possible and so easy!

She was constantly "on it," showed us houses throughout the valley and is an expert in every style and price point. We weren't exactly sure what we wanted and she was able to get us into every home we wanted to see. Brand new homes from grand Santa Barbara (Tuscany) style, country club homes, mid century ranches, and traditional AZ adobe style homes. She is an amazing negotiator, somehow managing to get our deal done for the house we moved into a week ago. She never brought us up to the top of our budget, and we actually went well under what we thought we'd spend. Our house never went on the market -- she is always looking and listening and found this house by walking by and inquiring with the contractor. It was by far the very best experience we've ever had with a realtor buying or selling our homes over the past 30+ years. We've worked with supposedly the "best of the best" talent, yet she by far exceeded every other realtor in getting things done. She is very reachable, helpful, and insanely knowledgeable! There's no BSing with her. If she's not sure of something (which is never), she'll find out the answer fast. She doesn't just make things up like so many realtors have done with us. She is extremely friendly and all around pleasant to be with. We became good friends in the process. The house we purchased was a complete remodel and she was a tremendous help to us during the whole process with numerous contractors. After working with our son for over a year in this insanely competitive market, she was able to negotiate their dream home and got it under contract this week, beating out dozens of other offers, even though theirs wasn't the highest. My husband and I were doubtful there would be a house that our son could get with multiple offers on every property. Neither we nor our son paid all cash which seems to be what it takes to compete and get the winning offer. Jennifer knew exactly how to guide us, was super creative in her structure of the offers, and went after both houses and got them! Boom! And as if the two weren't enough, 2.5 years ago before the big real estate boom, sold our daughter's house in a couple of days that was languishing on the market. This was after our daughter had to fire her deadbeat realtor who actually turned away several buyers, including an offer from the renters from across the street. They literally walked away from the deal saying, "we don't trust him and are heartbroken we can't go through with the deal." Jennifer came in, gave some excellent suggetions, hired a staging company, and got it sold! Thank God Jennifer came along! Three successful and challenging house deals for our family in less than three years. Jennifer got it done! I can't recommend highly enough!
