So this place was a pleasant surprise. The place itself is very clean and welcoming. Fresh towels and shower available. The massage was excellent, very professional. I have lower back pain and the very pretty and professional lady called Na Na was able to help with this. Left very happy and in less pain. I cannot recommend Na Na and the Thai oriental spa enough. I certainly will be returning.

Shocking and awful…read more Was with a friend and booked in for a nail appointment 40 minutes in advance which they assured would be fine. When we arrived, the staff looked confused as all the nail technicians were busy with customers. We were told by the nail woman that the appointment was with that she was running 15-20 minutes late. We bimbled around for another 20 minutes, returned, and she was still with a customer. Asked how long she was going to be and she said it would be another 15-20 minutes. Came back 15 minutes later. Customer was gone. After waiting for a few minutes for the woman to resurface, she declared that she was just going for a fag break because it has been a busy day. At no point did anyone ask us if any of the constant delays were okay or if we'd like to rebook. The woman stated she was going for a cigarette break and left - didn't ask us if we minded waiting longer. And there literally was not even one single apology in sight! Even after we said we were leaving because of the terrible customer service. The only reason I'm not giving one star less is that I never got to see what the finished product would have been like. Awful quality of customer service, rude staff, and inability to book appointments correctly make for a two-star review.

The people and service at this salon are excellent…read more Yesterday i went in for a Spray tan with the wonderful Lorraine (i think that was her name) so chatty, made me feel really comfortable straight away and has sprayed some stars. The tan was excellent and she really knows what she is doing. I havent spray tanned in years and am likely an addict because it looks SO NATURAL!! Today i went in for some semi perm eyelashes with the equally wonderful Angela. Incredibly friendly and a real professional - they looks so incredible ive rushed home to write this review. I will be recommending them to EVERYONE i know! Very clean salon and Angelas treatment room is really lovely and relaxing. Great point- they ALWAYS heat up the rooms for you- i hate going someone to try and relax while sitting there shivering. AMAZING value for money. £20 spray tan, £20 semi perm lashes which really are AMAZING! Gold n brown addict now- PLEASE GO!

I love places where I can just tell them what I kind of want but they recommend more. The second time I came back, I got it done by the next level up but wasn't too impressed. I definitely liked my first haircut better but luckily I had the 10% off for new customers (sent in the mail after you come in the first time).
