I can't purchase shoes online. I need to try them on and walk around to see if they fit the way I want them to. I have never had an easy foot to fit for a shoe. When I was younger, a size 12D was impossible to find. I went into a store and asked them to find something in my size. American feet have gotten larger over the years, so much easier to find the shoe I want.

Shaun, the owner, was there and he did an assessment of my walking and measured my feet. I was surprised when he told me I have flat feet and I pronate when striding. Not only that he assured me I've been wearing the wrong size shoes. He sold me a supportive shoe in the correct size. A few days later, my foot and knee pain, is easing and I have hopes of getting back to walking long distances as I did before. Thanks, Shaun. Well done! Even though I have spent substantial amounts of money here, I continuously face the passive aggressive remarks of the employees, and their feeling of disdain and undesire of contributing to a happy and safe shopping experience.
