He looked at watch as if it was going to be tight although the store was to be open another 2+ hours. While waiting and in chair, rap music blaring in shop with n*gg*r and a**hole prominent in the lyrics. Previous customer charged $35. I asked for similar cut. I was charged $40. Asking why I was told "I am charging $40 from NOW on and he is a regular customer." I guess he does not need me or the other 800 employees of my company to become regular customers. When I told him the music was in appropriate, he said that shop employees had their own mixes and this was what came up. As a business you are responsible for the music to which you subject your customers. Unfortunately this was a sub-par performance because I did like the haircut.

The shop is open 7 days a week 8am - 8pm (closed holiday weekend such as Labor Day, Memorial Day). By appointment of walk in. The shop is right off the Loveland trail behind Paxton's Grill at W. Loveland in Historic Downtown Loveland. Gigi is the shop mascot (Rick's dog). Also, I know he is looking to add additional barbers, since he pretty much works the shop 7 days a week himself now.
