I called, texted, and sent messages through the Yelp app which all went unaddressed. Two and a half hours later, I received a message saying they were there to clean but nobody was home. You were correct....I scheduled the move-out clean for a time that I could be there to get it started and then had to go into work while they cleaned, then would return. Well, I still had to go into work. I trusted this company to complete the move-out cleaning (as scheduled) and was sent into a last minute panic as we had to be out of the house but still needed the cleaning. Thankfully, I found another company that could squeeze in the cleaning and they did an amazing job!! Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and lack of communication of this company.
