Not nice people, difficult to do business with. Dishonest. Disingenuous. Full of baloney. Avoid.

Super nice, super expensive baby and kids' clothing…read more We went here before baby was born (and a few times since) and spent way too much on clothes our son will wear for about two minutes total. It's hard to find cute boys' clothes that aren't sports-themed or obnoxious (or both), and this place has a good selection of adorable stuff. They also have a lot of accessories, blankets, burp cloths, toys, bibs, diaper bags and nursery decor. I remember seeing a few strollers here, too, but they were way too rich for my blood. I find that high-end baby clothing boutiques tend to stock the things grandparents like to buy for their grandbabies. Most parents wouldn't dress their own kids in such impractical, overpriced finery. ...But that's not the case at Charlotte West -- their clothing is edgy, cool and stuff you won't find at big box stores. Which is great, but OW, my wallet. The people who work here ignore me every time I go in, until I walk up to the cash register. I would love for one of them to offer to help me sometime, but I guess it's not worth it to them unless I'm dropping a grand on a stroller. (Last time I was there, they were busy with a woman who had a registry.) I'll keep going back, but I'm finding I spend less and less each time.

This hidden gem is an amazing find. I recently visited their Bay Head location in April and found…read moreout their main location was having a weekend sidewalk sale so I decided to drop by. One of the employees, Donna, greeted me and remembered helping me back in April. She told me about the promotion they were running which was nice. I did end up trying a few things off their sale rack but did end up leaving empty handed. I ended up spending some time wandering the store, just looking at everything! They had Men's and kids as well as swimwear, jewelry, some home accessories (I.e. pillows). I asked the other associate if they had a Margot dress for me to try since I wanted to get an idea of fit and if I'd like the style. She did a quick glance and told me they were out but ended up telling me to try their Bay Head location since they were less visited. I was a bit disappointed since when I worked in retail, I'd call to make sure the other store had it before sending me there. And Bay Head turned out to be closed when I got there anyway. While this wouldn't deter me from coming back, I'd probably only work with Donna in the future.

The saleswoman is extremely courteous and stated that if I can find something that I like in my size she will order it from the Princeton store. I actually live closer to the location so I can always swing by to that store. As I walked around the store, I kept repeating the same word over and over cute, cute, cute, cute! I was nearing the end of my lunch hour so I really couldn't enjoyed as much as I could've should I have had more time. I will be back though hopefully with more time to shop. Until next time!

Awesome!!! This is a consignment/second hand/thrift type store with endless rooms of women's…read moreclothing in incredible condition and amazing brands. Upon my arrival I thought the store was just the three rooms you can see from the front door but boy was I wrong, there's at least five rooms on the first floor and four on the second floor, it just kept going! The first floor had some things that seemed to be "new" and not second hand, but 95% of the store was for resale, which is what I was looking for. They also have a room with just vintage clothing and accessories which was cool to look at. This store seriously has everything you could think of from formal dresses for events and weddings, to your favorite brand jeans from Bloomingdale's. I was so pleasantly surprised! They also have a ton of purses for sale with brands like Kate Spade and Michael Kors all the way up to Louis Vuitton. This store is also organized by size and color which makes shopping so enjoyable and easy. I thought the prices were very fair, with many of the items I picked up being about 12$ or 14$. I wasn't in the market for any of the more expensive brands, so I can't speak on those prices but from what I saw I thought things were fairly priced for the great condition everything was in. Also, many of the clothes were organized by brand like Free People, Anthropologie, Nike, Lululemon, and way more. There's a fitting room as well which was helpful. I didn't get to check out the other stores but it seems that there was also a Men's store and Children's Squan Dry store next to this one, which was all women's clothing. It's also worth mentioning that this store had some accessories and small home goods too, both used and new, so it can be a great place to shop when you need to buy a little gift! I would 100% recommend stopping by if you're in the area and I can't wait to return and visit the other location!
