I had been trying for 2 days to contact the claims dept and speak to someone who could help me. I was continuity transferred from one dept to another and also hung up on. I was so upset with the customer service dept. She was great and helped me when she didn't have to as I was NOT a customer of hers I am from Arizona. I was more CS people were like her. She deserves a raise, she is an excellent employee, well trained and so knowledgeable an a great example of what employees should be. THANK YOU so much!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!
