The contract including Sealing the pavers to prevent future weeds from coming through. A few days after the pavers were laid down, I called Dan to ask sealent, he sounded agitated that I called and he gave me a BS excuse that pavers had to cure for 2 weeks before sealant is applied... that was the last I seen or heard from Dan and that was 2 years ago. Now, there are weeds growing everywhere through the pavers. I sincerely doubt Dan will make good with the agreed requirements of the contract so at this point, all I can do is share this review of Dan and Preferred Pools and Pavers. I paid over 7400 for shitty job, and on top of the poor work, he stole nearly $1000 worth of paver brick I paid for that was remaining. I my opinion, Dan is a scumbag and he appears that way when you meet him, I just did not trust my own instincts. If you do decide to do business with him, just know that he will rip you off. If you do decide to do business with him, what ever you do, DO NOT PAY the remaining balance until EVERY item on your contract is complete.
