Only one portion was fixed, but not the main part. Don't bother renting from them. Please listen to all the other one star reviews!

If you are an owner and looking for a management company to handle your lease/rental you need to…read moreread this! We trusted Welcome Home Rentals with our property and signed a one year lease. From the get-go we were lied to! Tiana, the owner, told us so many things that either didn't happen or that were extremely misleading. From when we get our money each month to "we come first" which was the biggest lie of all. They guaranteed "monthly drive by's" since we would be out of state and couldn't check on the exterior condition of the property. There were a total of two drive by's, both after we insisted because we had a friend drive by and the yard looked horrible! Overgrown weeds, lawn, and shrubs. Too much to list but I'd say the worst part of the experience was when we were toward the end of the lease and we needed to show the property because we were selling it. She was "afraid of the tenant" and didn't want to send notifications to open the house for inspectors or appraisals that we needed to schedule! Overcharged us for cleaning when we moved out even though we spent hours deep cleaning and there was nothing left to clean! Even charged us over $400 for her "landscaping company" to clean up the yard which was left weeded, mowed, and all shrubs trimmed the day before! Read the other reviews and you will see that we are not alone! Their priority is to make money and overcharge both the homeowners and the tenants, that's it!

Our board had received numerous complaints about previous management firm from our homeowners. Now the homeowners join in singing VIS Group praises. Professional, educational and great response time has been our experience. As a homeowner and a board member i would recommend VIS Group. Ana Levchuk has been outstanding. Very knowledgeable and a great researcher. At our board meeting home owners were very impressed with her. She was kind, organized and patient as she interacted with our members. I enkoy working with her, as do the other board members. We respect and value her opinions. Thank you, Sherie Dobbins

We have the misfortune of living next door to a common area in our HOA and it has become a dumping ground for bedding, blinds, and other garbage deposited there. I reached out to VIS and asked them to remove the mattress that had been sitting there for more than a month. I was advised that they would not remove the mattress until I made a police report and provided evidence to them I'd done so. There are also folks living in the lot in their vehicles and dealing from them. Here is Scott's response to my request that they remove the garbage: Scott Roth (VIS Group, Inc.) Mar 31, 2026, 09:40 PDT Good morning; We certainly understand the importance as well as the concern of this issue. We are hopeful you also understand that the Association is not able to provide Security services, enforce laws, or place board members or their agents in harms way. Step-wise would first be to see if you have called the police to report the legal issues in which you describe? Once the police get involved and either make arrests or move people along, there should be an opportunity to safely present to the board the options to cleaning that area up. In the end the actions and approval to do work comes from the board. Please let us know the results of reports to police Best regards, Scott Roth, CMCA, AMS Director of Operations Community Manager Best regards indeed! Actually, Scott, you might want to check those pesky governing documents. They make it a requirement that you maintain community property, which would include debris removal. You might also want to check the provision in our docs that give owners the ability to take action when the Board won't and to recover all legal fees incurred. Additionally, it is also the association's responsibility to manage who is using our common areas and how they are using them. The police will not get involved in removing a homeless encampment on private property, sans an order from the court to do so. It is entirely the responsibility of the Board to resolve these complaints. We pay are dues and keep our property in compliance. We expect you to do your job. Your continual refusal to do so is only going to cost you in the end. Update: The mattress and burnt Christmas tree are still in the lot, and now a push mower has joined the company of trash. Today, the City of Auburn posted a notice to our HOA care of Vis Management to remove derelict vehicles and dumped trash.

Sent in an application for a house on Balustrade in Lacey. As I look today over a month later it's STILL listed as available. And has been available for a very long time. I BEGGED LORI to consider accepting our application, since they manage a large amount of properties in the Lacey/Oly area...my husbands credit isn't great but he's been doing a ton of work on it. Which they automatically denied us for. She was so absolutely rude after that, it's like she thought we were 2 losers who didn't deserve to be spoken to like normal people whatsoever. I tried calling, was never answered. Begged over email, told them we would pay a double deposit if we had to just to get into the home we were thinking would be perfect for our family, and how urgent this matter was for us. All I wanted was to speak to a human being over the phone, and not be treated with such coldness, and lack of empathy. We're 2 very hard working people who pay our bills, and we were treated like trash on the curb. It was disrespectful and disgusting the way we were completely disregarded, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE WERE TRYING TO JUST THROW MORE MONEY THEIR WAY. It's clear why they just keep Dropping Rent Prices on these homes, but still can't F**king fill them! If you're a homeowner looking to use them, just don't! Your house will stay vacant due to their lack of willingness to work with anyone to get into a home. So thankful I was able to find another Realtor in the area who was able to get me and my new family into a home ALMOST IMMEDIATELY.

The front door is broken and has never really been able to lock--it's almost falling out. The door frame was clearly kicked in before I ever moved in, and the lock has fallen out multiple times (which I had to replace myself). At this point, the door has fallen off its hinges entirely, and I cannot lock it. The garage door doesn't insulate, the front door doesn't insulate, and there's black mold in the house. When I first moved in, one of the heaters wasn't working, and it still hasn't been replaced. Requests to Cindy, the so-called property manager, have been ignored. She even told me to my face, "Well, you couldn't find anywhere else to live, so that's what you get." Instead of addressing any of these issues, she comes around every couple of months to snoop and "inspect" but never fixes a single thing. Because of the poor insulation, frogs have gotten inside the house. The stove looks like it's from 1960 and barely works. And when I put in maintenance requests, I was contacted not by a real contractor, but by the homeowner's personal handyman. When I asked if he was certified, he admitted he wasn't--he's just "a guy." So essentially, they're sending random people to do repairs instead of licensed professionals. Honestly, I might as well just call my neighbor over to fix this stuff myself. This agency will not take care of anything, but they are quick to take your rent money and show up to be nosy. If you're thinking about renting from them--don't.

After the buyers had an inspection, we agreed to & completed repairs, a 2 week extension; the sale fell through on the date that everyone had anxiously awaited! They did nothing, just let it sit on the market over 5 months until I decided to rent it again; paying mortgage for 8 months now. They were not successful in renting it either! After another 2 months, my condo was still vacant; I had lost faith in them months before! I fid my research, read reviews and found Alex Gardner, a realtor with Van Dorm Realty, working with him was a completely different experience! The first day he listed the property, with correct information re: loans/financing, we had 3 showings and an offer which I accepted less than 48 hours afterwords! The incredibly frustrating experience with this company included lack of communication, basic knowledge, motivation & unprofessional interactions. I was mortified when I saw the pictures used to re-list my condo! I was going to work with a different company but agreed to stay after they reduced their commission, completed basic maintenance, took new pictures for a new listing. They invested no more time or effort to sell the property! Initially, I had no issues with my rental....unfortunately , the nightmare began when I trusted them to sell my condo! I do not recommend this company & would never want anyone to go through the same nightmare scenario that I did!

And was more than happy to answer all my thousand rookie questions about the purchasing process and how to fix the items on my inspection report. Ron himself does a lot of his own work on his personally-owned properties, which makes him an excellent resource for a new DIY-er such as myself to help me understand what I may be getting into. He even went as far as offering to let me borrow some tools I might have needed to help me with the renovations which is way above and beyond good customer service in my book. Ron also has a lot of valuable experience in the real estate world which goes a long way. And also a great team and expanded network of people involved in the process. He was able to get me in touch with a great loan officer as well who took good care of me and the loan. Ron is an overall good dude and is invited to the housewarming cookout for sure haha.
