Scheduled the appointment, Nick came out and told me the price while on site and took my info to send me the actual quote. A few days went by and I did not receive anything. I contacted him to see if it was sent and he said he would try again and asked me to verify my information which I did. Another day passes and still no quote. I reached out one last time and he said that's odd and he'd try again and if not he'll send it via text. It's been over 2 weeks since last reached out and never heard from them again. Not sure why he would waste my time or his, since he obviously does not want the business. Can't comment on the quality of work but I can say that based on this interaction and how unreliable they are with just trying to obtain a quote I would not feel great about hiring them.

It all functions automatically - for extra peace of mind. The pre-sales/estimate process was quick and efficient, and the front office staff were very friendly over the phone. After we scheduled the installation, they provided everything that our town needed to issue a building permit. On our installation date the crew went above and beyond the call of duty, accommodating our request for a slight change in location that required some creativity and skill in routing gas line and electrical conduit. The end result was great, and our house was none the worse for wear. The team also provided a good overview of care and maintenance of the system -- though for the most part it is truly automatic and requires only minor annual service. The phone directs you to a virtual assistant named Sara. I would never recommend NWI generator or Four Season heating and cooling. They are part of the problem in America. The youngsters have taken over and think AI and virtual assistance is the way to run a business. I have a big mouth and will tell many people to avoid these people. The customer service is terrible.

NIPSCO said that I needed an electrician to reattach the wire as it was not their responsibility to do such work. Enter Chris and Kurt - what a team! They work very well together and assessed my problem and gave me two estimates. They suggested to me that I go with option one and gave me a 1 year guarantee that if that didn't hold, they'd come back and provide option 2 and give me credit for what I already paid. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions. I'm very satisfied with the work they did and think their pricing was quite reasonable. I'm very glad to recommend them and kudos to the company for having these 2 guys working for them!

That is why I find the decision to simply decline the work somewhat surprising. From a customer's perspective, declining work because someone questioned a fee and expressed an opinion about it does not come across as particularly professional. I had 6 light fixtures replaced, 1 new light fixture added, 1 outlet installed, 3 outlets repaired or improved. Since we were new to this house, it was important to make sure the electrical work was done to code and repaired, as needed, and Edgar did an outstanding job!
