After rushing through the terminal to catch my flight, my egg fell down and shattered. Great! I figured this was okay, but over the course of a few days my phone got worse and worse where I couldn't even type a message to check on my family across the states. I contacted Jacob by phone, he answered very friendly. He had an issue with the location, but he did let me know he would there later than anticipated. He arrived when he said he would and stayed in contact with me regarding his ETA. Jacob remained a very professional demeanor and kept up pleasant conversation. I've had my screen fixed before, and Jacob pointed out the issues with what the previous location did, including using a non-apple screen and giving me a non-apple press button that deactivated my touch screen. Ugh! One thing I enjoyed was how quickly the replacement was done, and how it was done right in front of you!!!! Definitely call this man if you need your screen replaced. Thank you, Jacob!

Arman gave me a price for the repair and said it would be ready in 20 minutes to stop back. About 30 minutes later I stopped back, and he said I'm not going to charge you what I stated as I just cleaned out the charging port instead of installing a new one and it seems to be working fine.
