Was told several days later that the phone had "corrosion" inside and would not turn on. I asked to see the corrosion, which they could not show me. They offered to refund me, but I wanted a working phone. They agreed to get me a refurbished phone in lieu of a refund. Picked up the replacement phone, which worked for all of about 2 hours. Screen stopped responding, worked after restarting, then would fail again, etc. Took the phone back in for a refund (my third trip to the store), and someone else was I there with an apparent issue with a repair they had made. They offered me a partial refund, used "restocking" and "diagnostic time" as excuses. Clearly their parts and/or service techs are defective. I left with the broken phone and I'm out $80. All over a $40 "restocking fee" for a broken phone.
