I emailed about eight different agencies requesting for a quote - Betterflood, Neptuneflood, Californiafloodinsurance, Floodsimple, Franklinflood, Privatemarketflood, Bankersinsurance, Homeandflood. Four of the agencies (including Tim's) offered the same price (for similar coverage), but everyone except Tim added a hefty 'Agency Fee' to the quote (i.e. Agency fee of about a $200 to $300 for on quote of $900). I subsequently called and spoke to Tim. I found him to be honest, and to the point (highlight: absence of upselling). Tim is also prompt (both over email and phone) and is good with following up with your bank. Highly recommended!
