I gave "their manager" a Portable…read moreDigital Piano with 3&5/7 Normally Working treble octaves (I played all those in front of them at the time of drop off), to fix the non-working 2&5/7 bass octaves left. different times I emphasized to him, "If you see any risk of damage for the working part in the process, please do not open or risk with it, as it is still enough for helping me. Every time I said so, he assured me. Finally they could not fix the wrong part, and they returned me a Nothing-Works-Well and "totally odd, doubled, shaky, repetitive voice keys" for the entire piano, without even telling the truth while return. He assured me while return that there is no damage with the healthy part, even they fixed some of the Bass keys and maybe they are usable for short time. After I found the damage, I went and talked logically to him. He did not accept their mistake and started accusing me of lying, mocking my talks, and claimed that the piano "was Not working At All from the Drop Off day". He refused to pay any compensation, even the estimation refund, and even giving the same working second hand piano as a compensation.

It did take time and 2 visits, but for the price (very reasonable) and technicians who really know there stuff, it was well worth the wait.
