Took my PC in to TechPro because Windows would not boot up. Sam charged me $168 for the repair. When I took it home it seemed slow and would not complete the updates. I then discovered that my computer only had 4GB of RAM when previously it had 8GB. I brought it back, Sam said it was a mistake and put back the other 4GB of RAM. When carrying it home there was something rattling inside which turned out to be the housing for the end of the DVD drive cable, exposing bare wires which were liable to short out if moved; Sam replaced the cable. When I got home again the PC still would not complete the updates. I then discovered that he had installed Windows 10 version 19H1 which is six and a half years old instead version 22H2 which was on the PC before I brought it in. Luckily I managed to restore it to version 22H2 in order to enroll in the Windows 10 extended security program. I have lost all confidence in this outfit and will not go back. read more

I gave "their manager" a Portable…read moreDigital Piano with 3&5/7 Normally Working treble octaves (I played all those in front of them at the time of drop off), to fix the non-working 2&5/7 bass octaves left. different times I emphasized to him, "If you see any risk of damage for the working part in the process, please do not open or risk with it, as it is still enough for helping me. Every time I said so, he assured me. Finally they could not fix the wrong part, and they returned me a Nothing-Works-Well and "totally odd, doubled, shaky, repetitive voice keys" for the entire piano, without even telling the truth while return. He assured me while return that there is no damage with the healthy part, even they fixed some of the Bass keys and maybe they are usable for short time. After I found the damage, I went and talked logically to him. He did not accept their mistake and started accusing me of lying, mocking my talks, and claimed that the piano "was Not working At All from the Drop Off day". He refused to pay any compensation, even the estimation refund, and even giving the same working second hand piano as a compensation.

Teltronics recognized the amp immediately as being well worth the $$ to fix. It did take time and 2 visits, but for the price (very reasonable) and technicians who really know there stuff, it was well worth the wait. I am so very happy I found them and would recommend them to anyone with vintage stereo equipment.

I am a professional in the business world. I have had multiple computer issues throughout the last several years. Starting with PC then a variety of different laptop models as well as mac. After trying a number of computer repair shops I discovered TechPro. From my first visit I felt as though the owner had a caring heart as well as a wealth of knowledge to draw on. My sister and I took her computer to TechPro when it started overheating because the liquid cooling system had failed. The technician did an outstanding job. He fixed the liquid cooling, cleaned the internals, and even repaired the water and heat damage on the graphics card caused by the liquid and overheating. We were impressed with the quality of the repair and the care he put into it. To top it off, the price was much lower than we expected for the amount of work done. The gentleman who owns this place is one of the nicest men I have ever met and he fixed my issue immediately. It was just a quick fix that I could not get into to fix. He even said that it was such a small fix that there was no charge. That never happens now a days and I will be back to him and tell everyone I know to use him for sure. read more

I can not be more satisfied with the service that the owner offered me repairing my IMac and replacing the hard drive. I thought the life of my computer was over but my problem was solved. This man is unbelievable !!! I brought in a new laptop that froze me out, he said he could fix it...I asked how long it would be, and he had it ready the next morning!!
