My car was broken into last night at Fashion Place Mall (along with two other cars). I waited an hour for the police to give me a case report for insurance repairs--fortunately window replacement was covered. I've had TechnaGlass repair windshield rock chips before and was happy with their service, so my husband called them about this window replacement. They got me in that day and did the repair within the time period I was quoted. They did a good job getting all the glass out of the window/door frame and inside the car. Their work is guaranteed as long as I own the car. Their waiting room has a tv, drinks, magazines, and comfortable chairs. Every employee/manager was friendly and professional. They are located at a busy intersection, so be careful. I had a rock chip on the windshield of my new car, so I went in to have it repaired. They fixed it within a few minutes and didn't even charge me!! Dan and Jeff are good guys and professionals. read more

I was reluctant to try them, but after calling around I decided to drop by. Happy to discover their great service, great pricing, and superior warranty. Techna Glass was able to supply my heated windshield with rain sensor, at more than 60% less than the Lexus dealer. Well done! read more

I would give a negative review if possible. I had my windshield replaced and they never connected the tube for my fluid back together. The tall guy in charge seems very disconnected and probably watches a lot of porn due to him not responding to women. I went in there 4 times asking them and he continually said they were too busy. They were to busy to finish a job that they should have finished when they originally did it. It took my H to go with me for him to listen and respond. This manager cannot connect to real people with real concerns. I also documented the time and the dates in case I got into an accident. The person in charge is a jerk and was trying to get rid of me because I could see through him and his porn addiction behavior. Women just realize it will take a man to get a response from this guy. If your a women your there to cause problems and your not smart and making up things. read more

I have been very happy with working with them. Last year a rock the size of a golf ball hit some glass on my car, and shattered it, along with chipping my windshield, and they helped me research to find the best price and time frame for repairs (since it was a new type of repair for them on a new vehicle that was unusual -- the glass was on a part of the car where there was no window. Super annoying thing to discover about my car!) They helped me cover it so it wouldn't rust since it was a super rainy week, got the piece in, and then repaired my car quickly. Today I went in to get two rock chips fixed (I swear my commute is going to be the death of my windshield), and I found out I get them free for as long as I own the car because they counted that repair last year as a windshield replacement! Hell yeah, Techna Glass! Thank you! read more

After having to replace my windshield twice after getting hit by rocks on the freeway , I finally decided to do more research on where to go ... found Techna Glass , they have the best policy .. free rock chip fixes and low cost to replace the windshield if it gets broken . No more paying full price every time . read more

Went here to get a chip in my windshield fixed. He found another chip that I hadn't even seen and offered to fill it. Because of the location (right on the edge of the windshield so it could easily crack again), he said he wasn't going to charge me for it. He still filled it just to be kind! So thankful for car repair locations with honest and respectful individuals. Definitely coming back here for any other window troubles! read more

The Holladay location is awesome! My car got broken into and when I spoke with the customer service representative, Kabir Singh, on the phone, he was so understanding and empathetic to my situation. He helped me get the best deal that he could and went above and beyond to make me feel like I was being heard. When I arrived to my appointment, the gentleman who assisted me (I think his name was Jef? The technician code was ROMJEF - tall guy with short dark hair) was so nice and efficient. He got the job done 15 minutes quicker than I was expecting and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome by chatting with me about the break-in (he even walked me out as I was leaving). Overall, I felt welcome and cared about during my entire experience. I will definitely use this location again! read more

Went in to get my rear view mirror reattached after it fell/melted off. Dan worked on my car, done in 10 minutes and gave me the best service!!! Nicest guy ever! Ask for Dan!!! read more

I got a rock chip a week ago and was super concerned it was going to spread. I went into the store and my car was in the bay within 15 minutes without an appointment. They even made sure it was repairable before I waited the time. Everyone is nice and curteous and provided service with a smile. It doesn't surprized me they are the BEST in the state. I will be referring my friends and family here. They are top notch! read more

This establishment caused me a great deal of stress - for a simple windshield replacement. I had a few days to leave my car with them to get this completed, and for some reason it seemed like an act of congress to make it happen. They should've been doing the leg-work to get this handled quickly, but that was not the case. Ultimately, I had to spend several hours to work out the insurance arrangement with what I knew to be a favored provider already. Red tape is not something we should have to deal with in this day-and-age. This is not a local company. This is not a shop you can contact directly and find out if your car is ready. A bad representation of a very poor franchise. If you have insurance and want your windshield replaced quickly don't come here. read more

I honestly couldn't give techno glass anything less than a 5 star. I called in and they got me scheduled for a time that was convenient for me. They had my windshield in stock and beat another quote I was given. I showed up and literally within 20 minutes they were done replacing my windshield. I was amazed at how fast they did it. The process was quick, easy , and relatively inexpensive. Even if I tried to find something wrong with their service I couldn't. A+ job! read more

Wonderful customer service and work. Explained what they were doing, and I could watch. They were faster than I expected. I would definitely recommend to my friends. read more

Trevor took time out of his busy day to help me with a problem that happened at the technaglass in Las Vegas. It was really nice and I super appreciated the extra mile service. My car window drive was broken and he took the door off to roll it up. Now I don't have to drive in the cold rain with my window down any more. Ya! read more

Very good service. Was greeted promptly. I had an appointment and the car was taken in right on time. I was told it would be about an hour. It was a rear passenger side back window. Only complaint is that after over an hour and a half, I had to ask what was going on... Apparently, they were having trouble getting it on the track. An update would have been nice. However, after I walked in, the business was booming. The reception gal was super busy. After 1 3/4 hours it was done. I would return here for future work. (Although I hope I don't need too!) :-) read more

I recommend the lifetime rock chip repair membership, especially if you commute on busy highways and freeways like me. There are lots of gravel trucks and rock chips happen often for me. They are always quick and efficient. I'm in and out in minutes depending on how busy it is. Good service makes for happy customers like me! read more

Fair, friendly, honest and fast......oh....the best price too. I am VERY satisfied with the recent windshield replacement from Techna Glass. I will recommend this establishment to all of my friends. read more

Please don't trust this place,,They did a bad job and broke parts on my veh. and the Manager refused to fix them..If you are getting your glass replaced get a bid in writting, ahead of time...Bait and switch.. One star is way to high read more

I pulled up to the Highland Drive shop with half of the seal hanging off at the top of my windshield. I asked the receptionist if someone could take a look at it. The service techs were working on another car, but Trevor had me pull into the garage and proceeded to fix my seal good as new. Actually, better than new! They never asked if I had the windshield installed there, which I hadn't, and didn't charge me for the fix, which I'd have gladly paid for. When I inquired about the charge, Trevor said, "We don't typically charge for something like this, we're happy to help you out." I thought that approach was mostly dead and gone in this country and was delighted to encounter such a friendly local business! I'll certainly go there as a paying customer for all my future auto glass needs (as well as recommending them to my family and friends). read more

Amazing quality, professional service, honest pricing, very knowledgable and efficient. And they back their work up with a guarantee. If you need class repair or replacement, you'll want to bring your glass needs here. They honor appointments, and in most cases your on your way in an hour. read more

We paid additional money for upgraded glass - they charged us additional dollars for this upgrade; then they put the same generic branded glass that cracked from the inside after being replaced less than 9 months ago. When we confronted them - they argued with us like we did not know what we are talking about. (This was after the office staff tried to make us feel guilty for wanting better glass). We will never use this company again, and will make sure our insurance company knows how dishonest they are as well. read more

Horrible. Worst customer service ever. A corpse in a business suit could do a better job at taking care of customers. Never recommending, never giving another chance. SAFELITE did it much better AND helped us out because of our troubles with this company. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! read more

These guys suck, I took my new Prius in to get a chip repaired. They attempted to fill a chip they had already repaired and cracked the window. I emailed the owner Troy (Twice). He never even responded. They quoted me a new window after refusing any responsibility for the breakage at a higher price than the price on their website. I've used them for years but they have lost me as a customer, their aggressive growth has compromised their customer service. :( read more

These guys are the best! They are prompt and friendly...but best part of it is they are reasonably priced for their services.

Walked in and had them tell me a 40 minute wait but tried to lessen the time for me. I went to another one of their locations that was busy and they said to try this one for faster time. Using the groupon app I was able to get a rock chip repair for $9. For a rock chip repair I would say that's pretty good. Clean place and In a great location. read more

Techna Glass - Inside the holladay location - Auto Glass Services Near Me

Great service! They got it finished on my quoted time. I love that they will fix rock chips on it for free as long as I own the windshield.

Got an online quote of $269.90. Arrived for appointment and provided insurance and the price went up to $354.70. They were friendly and do good work with a great guarantee but they should stick to their price. What does it matter who is paying? The price should be the quoted price. read more

Horrible customer service! I had a windshield replaced improperly by this company, and when it rained the inside of my car flooded. They said that they would reimburse me for all repairs and when it came down to it they failed to pay. Not only was there $,1600 worth of damage, but I was without a car for a whole week....and it was Christmas! The body shop that did the repairs had video coverage of went went wrong with the faulty windshield repair, as well as photographs.....and Techna Glass still refused to admit it was their fault!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS GLASS SHOP!! They say they have a warranty on all glass repair, but the will weezil out of it!!! read more

I was driving back from yellowstone and had a rock chip my windshield and leave a Crack about a dime's size. I wanted to avoid the Crack developing and stepped into techna glass at Holladay . What a wonderful repair that was done, I was almost confused on where the damage was, I couldn't spot! Very well knowledged technicians with kind staff make the experience all the more pleasant. A definite recommendation for your wind shield cracks! read more

I called around and Techna Glass was the cheapest quote. I probably would have gone there anyway, because they've done rock chip repairs for me for free once or twice in the past. It was really easy to schedule my windshield replacement, and then when I was unexpectedly free the day before my appointment, they were able to reschedule me earlier. I hadnt really thought about it, but rescheduling is probably more difficult than I realized, because they need to make sure that they have my model windshield in stock. Everyone was nice and the place was really clean. I will definitely go there again. read more

The staff at the Holladay, Utah store are friendly, professional, and efficient. It is always a good experience.

Fast service. Nice people. They even did a price match and saved me a additional 25$

These guys were great, they were able to install a new windshield in about an hour on the same day. I pulled into the parking lot, called Kent, made an instant appointment. Kent was friendly and professional and helped me file a claim with my insurance company in just a few minutes. The other technicians were very friendly too and did a great job! Thanks! read more
