I have been coming with our German made car to this place for about 7 years plus. The oils changes, regular maintenance and minor repairs are done as needed. The owner AJ (his initials) is very friendly and cooperative. I usually take appointments and they will work around schedules to make it work. Have been there weekends and weekdays, if they tell you the car will be ready in a certain time, it is done before the given time. The prices are reasonable when compared to dealerships and they will only recommend what is needed. There is a small waiting area and nothing around to speak of. Free Wifi is available. Would recommend this for VW, MB, Audi, BMW and even Porsche automobiles. You will. It be disappointed. read more

Techmax has a name in Mississauga for providing BMW repairs. They seem to know what they are doing, and the owner Attilla has no problems explaining to you that he knows everything there is to know on your vehicle. I had been a loyal customer for over five years, having got all routine and advanced repairs done at the shop. My first advanced repair involved a v-belt that broke and damaged my radiator, fan shroud, clutch, etc. It was a large bill, over $2000. It was damage that was out of anybody's control. Techmax repaired the damage and put everything back together which was fine. But within 3 months, my water pump failed, and damaged all my new parts again. I could not believe that Techmax, with all their experience, would not change out the water pump at the same time they had the entire engine open, or at least advise me that this is a part that should be changed out at this time. This is mechanics 101 level thinking. To top it off, after I got another $1800 bill, and had to fix everything, they took put their Techmax vanity plate on my car without my permission. They are too busy marketing and taking care of their website, which no doubt attracts customers into thinking that they are advanced mechanics. Customer service has fallen with these guys. A few more repairs with these guys involved power steering hose. They had replaced the hose in the second major repair, but within 6 months it was leaking. They tightened it up as if was some kind of courtesy to me. Eventually, they had to replace the entire hose and reservoir system, a second time. The whole reason someone goes to a high end mechanic is for the experience and knowledgeable advise that is supposed to save you money. I did not save money by visiting these guys. read more
