Because the gate gave anyone access to my pool and yard I needed to get this lock issue resolved quickly. It had been several years since I had been to Haven's but they were the first company that came to mind and I'm glad I did make the 15 mile drive. Israel was amazing and able to remove the broken key in minutes. He was very professional and courteous throughout the whole ordeal. He didn't try to sell me anything and didn't up charge for the small project. Haven's is locally owned and goes the extra mile to please the customer.

They have a huge selection of keys, safes, locks, cameras, and security products. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is their service area policy. They offer free service calls in Fresno and Clovis, but quoted me $150 to come to my location, even though I'm only about 15 minutes from their shop. That didn't make much sense since some Fresno and Clovis locations are farther away. Also, key prices have increased quite a bit over the years, which adds up when you're making keys in bulk for employees. Overall, good service, knowledgeable staff, and a well-stocked security store. I'd continue using them and would recommend them.

We had a recent break-in at our business which was "supposedly" protected by Matson Alarm. Come to find out that they hadn't been receiving signal from our equipment "for quite some time." They couldn't tell me when the last time they received signal was, nor did they ever reach out to check. Yet they continue to collect my monthly service fee!!!! We never had a rep come out when they were purchased by another company, nor has anyone ever reached out to even see if we should upgrade. We have had service since 2018! We've switched to Brinx, got all new equipment, an app to set and track the alarm and the monthly fee is the same!
