Frustrated and out of options, I was on my way to a shop to ship my computer off for two months--already resigned to buying a temporary PC in the meantime. Then, I decided to stop by Undead electronics on the way, and everything changed. Not only could they fix my motherboard, but they evaluated it immediately and told me on the spot whether it was repairable. They even had it ready the same day! I wish I had found this place sooner. The customer service while busy was quick and very friendly. The fact that this was the only place in Raleigh that I could find to solder my battery pin back to the motherboard was surprising, but I am incredibly thankful for their expertise and efficiency. Chris patiently addressed every item on our list of concerns. We had issues with our internet…read moreconnection and, after doing an assessment of our equipment and its location, he resolved them. Chris is very professional, and his demeanor is very kind. In a relatively short time, he resolved issues that we had been dragging for four years and which had only become glaringly obvious in the past 18 months of the work-from-home scenario. Whatever suggestions we had found online involved quite a bit of money to implement them, and Chris used the equipment we have with the caveat that, due to its age, the time will come when we might want to find a replacement. We are very happy with the results of Chris's visit; he is knowledgeable, and he also knows how to explain things in such a manner that makes it clear for the listener.
