For a birthday gift, I got the Samsung 65" RU8000 television from Tech For Less. This was my first time ordering something with a high asking price and have it shipped to my location. The television came via direct ship, which I have never tried before. The company and their representative were very knowledgeable and friendly, answering any questions that I had. They kept me informed about my order and how to get in contact with the shipping company if I had any questions/concerns. Definitely will order from this company again.

Back panel separating from screen and frame

I wouldn't recommend at all, I've purchased refurbished products in the past from other places such as EBay, Amazon, Best Buy etc and never had any issues before. But this company is pretty terrible, I purchased a Samsung 49" monitor and the monitor arrived practically coming apart, the back panel was separating from the screen and the screws for the base stand couldn't even reach the frame because the back panel was so far off from the frame. I'll provide an update if the return process goes smoothly. Update: Originally a 1 star review but since their Customer service was incredible I had to give them 3 more stars. They were adamant that it was damaged in shipping and whether it's true or not, they handled it fast and refunded my money immediately.

The call center (over seas no less) told me that the warranty I purchased from Best Buy will not provide any repair services until the 1 yr Samsung warranty has run. They gave me the "Customer Service" number for Samsung (which is closed) and I have to have the TV serviced through them. Wish they had told me how this works up front. Now I have to deal with Samsung to get a repair. This is non-sense. Why did I pay Best Buy nearly $200.00 for a warranty that does not kick in until Samsungs's warranty expires. I suspect I will be without my TV for quite some time. Completely unacceptable!

Instead, the Genius I worked with, Matthew, attempted a revive (which didn't work) and then guessed that it was the display, quoting me $600 to fix it -- without confirming that was actually the issue. When I expressed frustration that a $1,500 laptop failed this quickly, I was told, "The laptop doesn't know how much you paid for it." That response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially for a company that markets itself as premium. I didn't expect miracles, but I did expect empathy and clear answers. Instead, I walked out feeling like my concerns didn't matter and that repairing the device wasn't worth Apple's time. For a brand built on customer experience, this was a huge letdown.

DO NOT BUY FROM HP. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE !!!…read more I purchased an HP Laser Jet Pro to use for my business. I had nothing but problems with this unit from the beginning. The small screen on the unit kept indicating it was out of paper when both trays were full. Tray 1 selected for letter size and tray 2 set for legal paper. I called HP support on three different calls and they told me tray 2 is not suppose to used as the default for legal paper even though the settings allow you to choose the paper size. The technicians put me on hold more often that not helping to correct this issue. Printing a 50 page document meant the until would stop about 10 times during printing to tell me to local more paper. HP had me uninstall and reinstall the software and then download a generic driver from their website. NONE of this worked. I finally sent the printer back to Amazon and was promptly refunded the $348.00. I bought a BROTHER Printer and from the first job it's is working flawlessly!!!
