The massage itself: 15 minutes moving my hair around, 15 minutes knuckling under my neck, 30 minutes painfully grinding only big muscles on the outside of my arms and legs and talking the entire time. This was most unbalanced, uncompassionate and inattentive massage I have ever had. The steam room is in not even warm and a glass of wine does not justify ill trained therapists. Example: I was the first client to ask for stiletto nails and they had not heard of them, as most clientele get basic round or square with French tips. I showed photos and guided them to show what I wanted. When I went back they knew exactly how to do stilettos for months afterwards. I've had zero problems with the hand area chairs but I've never had a pedi. The older gent is named John and I think he's a delight. The younger kid (the couple's son) seems more interested in flirting than doing a good job so I prefer Tina or John if possible. If you are descriptive and explain what you want, they will accommodate and fix anything you deem a mistake. As a plus, being a long time client I often get gel with no extra charge. It pays to be a regular! The only con I can express is the lack of colors, especially in the nudes which are my fave, but that's my personal issue. I suggest everyone give them a try!!

Cons: My nails were sore for a few days after. I thought maybe it was due to the powder as I'd never had it before, but after hearing other experiences it's probably due to excessive filing They use 1 pot for everyone for the dip powders. As in, each color has a container, and they dip your finger into that pot and tap the excess back into the container. Over and over with each customer. I looked it up and it's very unsanitary and unsafe to do this because of risk of infections I left it at 3 stars because I was happy with my manicure at the time and it's lasting well. But I probably won't be back due to unsafe conditions. I'm also not a fan of how thick the dip powders are on my nails. My nails do not bend AT ALL. No flex. It feels very unnatural. But I'm not used to acrylics and I guess they're supposed to be similar

They comes off as though you are inconveniencing them by making an appointment. In addition to that they time your visit so you have to tell them upfront what you want on your nails and there is absolutely no room to make a change once you're there. They are very rigid and offer no flexibility. In addition to that if you cancel, they want your card so they could charge you whatever percentage it is that they charge you which is actually like a large portion of what they would charge you for the service which is absolutely ridiculous like you should be able to cancel without getting charged if you call in advance. The last time I went I had to cancel and I didn't get charged because they had an expired card on file. When I called back for another appt, I guess they had put a note in the system that I had canceled and they couldn't charge me, so they tried to update my credit card so that they could charge me if I canceled again. No thank you! As if there arent 1 million other nail salons to go to. The the only positives I could say is they do a pretty good job on pedicures compared to other salons and overall the nail techs are nice.
