What a fantastic show! Service was top notch, the food was delicious and the show... amazing! The 'tent' is beautiful. It's a gorgeous venue for the fabulous performances. This was our second time, the first was for a wedding that was part of the show. This time we ended here when I learned BenDeLaCreme was going to in the show. The pre-show entertainment was a blast, with performers working the room and interacting with all the guests. BenDeLaCreme, who is new to the show, did an outstanding job. Very funny, off the cuff performance working with the crowd. So many costume changes and so much fun. The other act I'll call out is Duo Rose, an absolutely stunning and gorgeous trapeze act. It brought tears to my eyes. We recommend the show to any and everyone. It's likely we'll be back.

Where fine dining meets standing ovations. Dinner and a show? More like a showstopper of a dinner Our 4-course meal at Teatro Zinzanni Chicago was pure magic from the first bite to the final dessert. Each course felt like its own act, full of flavor, flair, and a little drama in all the best ways. Between the incredible food, the laughter, and the over-the-top performances, it was an experience you taste and feel. We started with warm, buttery rolls, upgraded to the rosemary fries (because how could we not?!), and skipped the salad to save room for the main event. For entrées, we had the salmon and the chicken both tender, flavorful, and beautifully plated. And then came dessert... we couldn't resist upgrading to the maple pumpkin cheesecake It was creamy, rich, and the perfect fall bite (not pictured, but definitely unforgettable). Vodka sodas kept us company all night long Between the laughs, the talent, the beautiful ambiance and perfect service, and the incredible food, it was one of those nights that felt like a standing ovation from start to finish.Because at Zinzanni, dinner isn't just served -- it's performed.

We went to Zinzanni for a birthday celebration, and we were seated 1-2 tables back from the center stage. The ambiance of the room was really special, a combination of "old Chicago" architecture and charm along with some more modern touches. The food courses and overall flow of the evening from check-in to dessert was well paced and organized. Our charcuterie and drinks came out right before the first performance, both of which were good. We were honestly pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food; we expected a dinner show meal to be mediocre, because you're going for the show. But overall it was above average, and the celebration cake was one of the better cakes we've had in a while! The performances were also great, and we'd never really seen anything quite like it before. It's pricey, but would definitely recommend visiting!

I was so sad when the one in SF shut down. I was never able to go even though I had heard so many great things about it so when I saw that they had a location in Chicago, I jumped at the chance to go. The place looks like it was some kind of circus, a very classy circus. Gorgeous chandeliers and lighting everywhere. The show is intimate so even if you are seated at the back, you still feel like you can reach out and touch someone. The acts during my show were amazing. Soaring acrobatics, robust voices, and stunning tricks, but my absolute favorite was Lucy the magician. She was hilarious as well as a wonderful magician. She could keep the crowd entertained and steal the show. My only complaint would be that even though the food was good, the portions were small. We left hungry and had to grab something afterwards. This is a perfect date night or group activity especially a Bachelorette/bridal party. Go and enjoy yourselves! You won't regret it like I did when I missed it.

Top notch from start to finish, the staff was excellent and the show was entertaining! We enjoyed live music and the show along with a nice four course meal, it was very nice to get a break from the show for each course! The salmon was delicious served with a nice cream sauce that spiced up the dish and the rice very nicely 8/10. Beautiful bar outside the main room that offered a nice spirit list and we enjoyed bourbon and rose with our meal. I think this was worth every penny and would go again as the show often changes.

What a great example of dinner theater! If you are looking for something special to do with your family or have friends visiting from out of town, this is the answer. The theater is intimate. All seats offer a great view. The room is round, which adds to the interesting factor. There are small tables or you may share a larger table with others if you are just a couple. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We were worried about being late and weren't sure where to go. The staff quickly assisted us. The dinner options are diverse and tasted great. You even get salad and dessert. Everything tasted great. The show is incredible. It is a mix of so many things. It's colorful, funny and entertaining. The lounge singer adds to the layers of entertainment. The show is sweet, funny and dynamic. It offers so many elements, everyone will find something to love.

    Extraordinary facility- loved it!

This was the best dinner show that I have seen in Chicago - ever! Beautiful atmosphere! Great singers and performers! The food was very good - much much better than I anticipated! And, on HoT Tix the tickets were on sale pre Christmas. However, even for full price it remains a five star performance!

This is a top tier dinner show event! If you are in Chicago this is a MUST go event! From the time you walk through the door until the very in you are made a part of this interactive experience. I can tell you my group and I laughed all night and was in awe of the performances and dinner happening here! When you first walk in, you are greeted by lovely host who escorted us to the top floor of the event. Then, there is a fun shopping experience out front with beautiful jewelry, head pieces, etc. I bot a little furry clip for my hair (it matched my dress) and it is the cutest! Once we entered and seated, we experienced a bubble show, and acrobatic bike ride. We also had a lot of other interactions that I don't want to give away because you HAVE to go and see what it's all about! The food was really good. We had 4-courses for our meal. For the appetizer, I had brussels sprouts and a salad. The I had the chicken meal and ended with chocolate pie for dessert. There are other options available as well. The actual show itself is AMAZING!! The performers are top notch! They are professional, skilled, and just all around next level. I mean my interest was sparked the entire time. All I can say is YOU. MUST. GO!

This. Show. Was. So. Epic. I came on a company outing. Peeking at the pictures, I thought the circus element would be cool, but I was not prepared at how INTENSE the experience would actually be. Before the show and between performances, the actors roam the room and interact with the crowd. For instance, doing impressive tricks with bubbles or blowing rolls of toilet paper "napkins" in patrons' faces. Center stage is the real deal though. The show is full of variety and literally jaw-dropping skill. Wonderful singers, raucous comedy acts, jugglers, and, the main draw-- the acrobats and trapeze artists. Unbelievable. Truly, unbelievable. The muscle control and presence of mind is out of this world. I didn't even know the human body could do some of these things. Acrobats balancing by biting a bar, trapeze artists hanging off of each other and a swing on a ceiling. Absolutely. Breathtaking. All beautifully costumed and choreographed too. You definitely get your money's worth on the show. There are some cornball moments here and there but it's not hokey in the least. There's something to enjoy for everyone here, and if you're not impressed by the aerial shows....well, I don't think you'd be impressed by much of anything. There was a kid or two in the audience, but I wouldn't recommend it for children, as there's a lot of racy material. Food was decent. I wouldn't seek out this menu separate from the show, but it wasn't bad. Hummus was tasty and the mushroom risotto cake was alright.

I already had a restaurant reserved, and one of the great things about this company is that you get to choose your own location--you're not stuck with a preset venue. They arrived early to get everything set up and were totally ready when it was time for the big surprise with our family and friends. After my wife nearly fainted (LOL), the party kicked off right away. All the characters are played by people you choose, which made for a ton of participation--and luckily, my friends and family are all a little nuts, so they totally went for it. The 1920s theme was super fun, and the folks I picked to be the "victims" really hammed it up. The company provided scripts for the key players and gave great direction to keep things moving. It never felt awkward or confusing--they were right there to guide things along, so no one felt lost. It was absolutely hilarious watching my friends and family try their hand at acting. I'll 100% be reaching out to this company again if the chance comes up. You should too!!

This place is great for groups or large families. Plan on spending about 3 hours for dinner and the show. Recommendation: Get there a little before 6:00 and line up at the back door (that is where the entrance is). At 6:00, use the big, brass knocker and knock on the door. Then, when Gloves comes to the door, whisper "I am here to make a deposit." "Gloves" is super fun, so play this up. No other spoilers so you can enjoy the show. Food. We had the steak, and it was delish! Perfectly done at medium rare and full of flavor. Loved the mixed vegetables and baked potato, too. The rolls and salad were average. Cocktails. Great selection of fun, themed cocktails. Look for "Al's Favorite" on the chalk board at the bar and on the top of the cocktail menu. All four drinks we had were great. Mugsy makes some good giggle juice. Service. EXCELLENT. The team is talented, and they work hard to serve you while putting on the show. They stayed in character the whole time, and the jokes were FANtastic! Finally. RELAX and ENJOY the show. I have not smiled and laughed that much since the Nate Betgatze show at Bridgestone at Christmas. Vito and his team are simply FABULOUS and FUN! This gets a MUST DO if in the Chicago area. I bought tickets to the 1:30 pm show on Mother's Day. Tickets were $76.95 each, but I was able to get 15% off directly from their website for Mother's Day so I actually paid $65.41 each. I also decided to upgrade to their Queen's package which is an additional $30 per ticket. So overall, I paid around $190 for my mother and I. The doors open at noon- which is around the time we got there. For check in- this is where you are assigned a knight to root for. We got the black and white knight. We also got our VIP lanyards and our package came with taking 2 photos! They didn't open the doors to the arena until approximately 1:00 pm. They have an area just outside of the arena where you can order drinks from the bar, buy souvenirs, watch the horses eat, etc. Once the arena opened we were seated in table number 3 (which is actually the first row). For food we had a tomato basil soup, garlic bread, a very large chicken, and corn on the Cobb. With the Queen package you also get a slice of cake. The food surpassed my expectations, it was really really really good! Everything was. There was not one mediocre dish on my plate- everything was tasty and I wasn't expecting that. My piece of chicken was humongous. The whole meal was super filling. Side-note: we had to eat everything with our hands, because this is medieval times! So, there will be no silverware for you. And of course, my knight won! So that was a plus. Overall, this is a great event for all ages. Me and my party had tons of fun, and we're all grown. So, I can only imagine how much fun this is for children! Plus we left with so much stuff. I took home a crown, a glass (I got to keep from ordering from the bar), I took home my lanyard, my little flag I was waving around, and I took home our pictures that was included in the package. So, you definitely do not leave empty handed. I really enjoyed this experience! I thought it was super fun!

It came with VIP lanyards, preferred seating, two photos in cute frames that we received at the end, and cake as well. We were seated at Table 1, and I honestly you couldn't get any closer to the action. Being right there made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. Pros: There was plenty of parking and plenty of seating available. I also liked that they have multiple showtimes throughout the day, which gives you flexibility when planning your day. They have a bar with a pretty good selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, and the staff throughout the building were friendly. Cons: It is extremely loud inside. It was hard to hear the person giving directions from above, so everyone kind of just started moving at once. The seating is also very tight, and if you're sitting next to someone who needs a little extra space, it can be challenging. The seats sit very low to the ground, so anyone who is pregnant or has bad knees may struggle getting in and out comfortably. The food was okay, but it came out so slowly that it was hard to eat everything while it was still hot. The chicken, corn, and potato were the best parts of the meal. The soup tasted like it came from a can, and the garlic bread reminded me of the frozen kind you buy at the grocery store and heat up at home. Overall, we had an absolute blast and would definitely go back. The show, the horses, and being so close to the action made it a memorable experience. Just go in knowing it's more about the entertainment than the food, and you'll have a great time. I didn't post too many photos because I didn't want to spoil it for anyone.

In the end, we had a blast but there was a rough start. The bad: It's a truly cash cash bar - no cards accepted. There was an ATM down the hallway, though it had kind of wild fees ($7 if I'm remembering correctly) - thankfully, my bank refunds that kind of fee, but if yours doesn't, it's a steep fee to pay to get any drink that isn't water or coffee - even a can of soda (coke brands only). From what I heard from my table mates, cocktails were strong. The beginning of the experience was rough - there were passed appetizers brought to the tables, and each person was allowed to get one of each (a mini pillsbury biscuit, maybe the size of a quarter and a freezer section meatball on a toothpick). Quite frankly, I wouldn't have been AS disappointed with the food if they didn't try to sell this as the "first course" and they just skipped this entirely. The good: this was a unique experience and a lot of fun once the show actually started. Most of my "the bad" pertained to the first 30 minutes at most. From there, our table of strangers ended up having a blast together and enjoyed throwing out theories. We didn't quite solve the mystery, but figured out a good number of pieces to it which was fun!

If you are solo, there are not always the best views of the stage depending on where you sit, but it still felt worth it because the performance is strong enough that you stay engaged no matter where you are seated. They ask that conversation volume be kept to a minimum for the performers. The food was decent and a little pricey, but for the overall experience it felt worth spending a bit more. Between the atmosphere, service, and music, it added to the night rather than taking away from it. Overall the combination of great customer service, good energy, and the location near the riverfront made it a really enjoyable experience! I was also able to walk from my accommodation to the venue and back, and it felt safe and easy to navigate.

I was looking…read moreforward to trying their loaded fries, but I ordered a shake and cocktail instead and the quality was excellent on those, so no complaints. The theater I went to was very clean and the reclining chair was warm and comfortable. Wait staff was courteous. I ordered my ticket online on their website and there were no problems with it. I loved that I could order a tall glass of water. THANK YOU for that. I haven't been to many places that just offer water that isn't in a plastic bottle. Viewers were very respectful. The theater was dead quiet through the whole movie and everyone followed the rules. Good vibe, good crowd. Good size screen and good arrangement. I can't wait to come back. I might even be back tomorrow. Best cinema experience I've had, and the best viewing crowd I've been in too. A tip for when you're ordering: When the movie started, it was too dark in the theater to scan the QR code again. Thankfully I could get the tab screen back up. Do not close your browser window on your phone so you can go back to it if you want to order more!

While the manager, Phil, was very kind and understanding, even comping me a free screening of a film last week, the fact is that three weeks and no refund is unacceptable. Yet what's really gotten my goat is the Alamo's sudden change in food ordering policy, by which orders are now processed via mobile app during the screening, which defeats the whole point of the Alamo's "no phones" policy and is clearly just a way for the company to avoid employing food workers. Can't support that. When a company straight up steals from you, it's time to stop giving it your business.

The staff was very friendly and I did enjoy the host of the show. I thought he did a great job interacting with everyone in the audience. However, we were there for a good 2 1/2 almost 3 hours and after a while the show started to feel very repetitive. The same performers and performances would come on stage on a loop. I did enjoy the performances but after a while it did become quite predictable. As far as the food, I wasn't crazy about it. I ordered the calamari for my appetizer- which was pretty good. I liked the sauce that was drizzled on it. However, my entree was kind of a disappointment. I got the lamb shank which just didn't mesh well with my taste buds. I know this is a cultural dish so it's just not a taste I was used to. However, I did wish I enjoyed it a little bit more. I will say the lamb was nice and tender. The best thing I had that evening was the pink dahlia. It was a delicious cocktail made with Malibu rum, pina colada mixture, pineapple juice and strawberry purée. It was so yummy, I had two! I'm grateful I got to experience this place, it was an overall enjoyable night. With that being said I don't see myself coming back to this establishment. For me it's very much a one and done experience.

The restaurant wasn't crowded at the time, only a couple of tables were occupied, which made for a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Our waiter, Amine, was attentive throughout the entire dinner and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, and you can tell care goes into the dishes. I would definitely come back to try more items on the menu. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience.
