Love this place! Great flavors, high-quality drinks, and amazing service. A must-try for all boba lovers!

They were super nice. The thai tea slush was ok. The boba was good though. They didn't have wifi which was really inconvenient. read more

Love that there is a boba spot in SJC; the city very much needed one! Love their drinks!

I think this might be the best boba in south OC. All their flavors are spot on. Their boba is nice and chewy. We do like most drinks with reduced sugar. They can also do reduced ice if you want although I wouldn't recommend it. Tried it once and it wasn't cold enough, seemed almost lukewarm. I like the drink nice and cold. read more

That 15% offer that other reviews mentioned, that's over now. The employee told me they now do stamp cards, buy 10, get 11th free. Stamps from different cards cannot be combined. I was kind of blown away, I absolutely loved the Jasmine Milk Tea with boba. It had a delicious jasmine flavor and the perfect sweetness. The boba balls were also the perfect texture. I'm from Irvine and I might come back for this, since there was no line here. We also ordered an actual jasmine green tea, it had amazing flavor but it was extremely bitter. I loved it. It's perfect. I was very pleased with the tea I got here. I have a suspicion that the tea is constantly brewing, so you might need to thread the needle to get the tea brew timing just right, but the tea I got was perfect. read more

Very good drink I had in this hip establishment! The Strawberry Milk Tea was delicious and refreshing! I'm a big fan of sweet treats but this time I asked for less sugar and ice. It was perfect! The cool ambiance of the place is amazing. Will definitely try their other drinks when I'm in town! read more

One, boba is life, two Teasync is fantastico! Y'ALL! I don't often rave about a place, but wow. Great menu, and options, and extra points for clear details on the menu! Amazing service, the barista went above and beyond and made my drink so fast. It was a slower weekday, but I still recognized the effort. I got the Taro tea half sweet and it was still a litter sweeter than I like so I'd go 30 next time. But I can't wait to try more drinks from here. Chill vibe too, no stress. Cheers to a great boba spot! read more

Best matcha latte ever and I drink them all the time always trying new places. Aspen was very friendly and made my "small" which was large drink just perfect. I can only do 1/2 matcha, but it was very tasty. I don't like sugar so the whole milk with honey and no added sugar was actually delicious. They have so many fun drinks to choose from, but I'm hooked on this! read more

Best Boba I have tried so far in OC! The tea is delicious and the boba has the right amount of chew and sweetness. There's lots of options to choose from and most are really good! My favorites are passion fruit green tea, match rose and signature. What's more service is awesome! This is a hidden gem in San Juan Capistrano. read more

Finally a good boba place in town! I stopped by yesterday with my daughters and we weren't disappointed. We ordered a few different drinks (Thai milk tea, brown sugar milk tea and a mango slush). We really like the option to adjust the sweetness to your liking, we got our drinks 70% sweet and they were perfect. All the employees were super sweet and patient. We will definitely be returning soon. read more

The owner is super kind. I have a feeling this place will be slammed in the summer! The people who work here actually like tea which is a huge plus. I go to other places and it's not comparable with friendliness. Tea teas are great! On the sweet end for me but my husband loves them. They're also a great price. The soft opening has been wonderful both times we've gone in. It's super clean and relaxing. We love it here! Support a local place read more

Ordered a mango milk tea with mango star jelly and a Vietnamese coffee with coffee jelly and crème brûlée. I didn't catch the names of people that were helping but they were so kind and gave recommendations on what else to add into our drinks. They also shared that they have punch cards. After 10 drinks, the 11the one is on them. The location is nice and is located in a plaza, this has plenty of parking. Once you enter, there's a wall with a neon sign on your left that says "boba is life", great for pictures. I will be returning and I look forward to trying out more drinks. read more

If you try one boba spot in your life, let it be this one. The drinks? The best boba I've ever tasted. The people? Even better. On my first visit, the sweetest lady behind the counter completely made my day with how sweet she was. Later, I ordered through DoorDash and got the wrong sizes. I called just to let them know, not mad at all. They didn't just apologize; they gave me two full refunds out of their own pocket. The next night I ordered again, and not only did they recognize my name, but they upgraded my drinks from smalls to larges, added free macarons, and even wrote a handwritten note. More than anything: yes, this is the best boba you'll ever try, but the people who work here are unbelievably kind. If a manager is reading this, just know: you have the best employees. read more

We're tea snobs and usually rate shops by how good or bad their house tea is and the level of service/employee knowledge. After our first two stops, Teasync became our top spot and we've become regulars. Excellent quality, awesome staff is always friendly and helpful, and the menu has a ton of variety. Highly recommend stopping by if you're picky about tea quality and service, this place is top notch. read more

My family and I love coming here for our boba fix when Irvine is too far away. It's conveniently close by with great drinks! I'm so happy that there is a decent boba shop in South OC. The owner is super sweet and she always remembers us. It's a cute, clean boba shop with friendly employees. I love their mango slush with sea foam crème. My kids enjoy the milk teas with popping boba. We come here several times a week without fail. Don't forget to get a stamp card to get your free drink. read more

Came here for their grand opening. They had bogo all day, and I also got a free thermo! I must say I'm very impressed, tea flavor was on point, and the boba was surprisingly soft and chewy. There was a very long line, but it went by fairly quickly. The service was great, and the shop had a nice vibe. Definitely be back. read more

My go to spot since Day 1. Don't have to drive up to Irvine for my boba fix. You can either do self check out, go to the register, or online order(you got options). I love that you can control the sweetness level. I'm not huge on overly sweet drinks and enjoy my tea with minimal sugar. read more

Stopped by yesterday and was greeted by very polite and welcoming staff. They were so helpful with our questions and willing to add a dash of kumquat to our lychee boba drink--was perfect! Finally a five star boba place in South Orange County! I've waited for 20 years. I am definitely particular about my boba milk tea drinks and have A LOT, and their boba's consistency is always perfect with just the right amount of sweetness. They are always consistent. They do not charge extra to upgrade from non dairy creamer to whole milk which is a win. You can adjust the sweetness and ice level, and you can order ahead on Clover. Lastly the owners and staff are always super friendly and helpful. And accommodating. So happy for this new boba shop!! read more

We have been to Teasnyc more than 10 times to get refreshing drinks for the summer and for the pool. I got the fruit basket and it really quenched my thirst. The fruit was juicy and I would definitely go again. My mom, who is really picky about her drinks, actually really enjoyed her strawberry matcha, which really surprised me. She tried many strawberry matcha lattes and she informed me that this one was her favorite. Mind you, she gets boba at least twice a week. That boba was so good she got 3! My dad got the same thing as my mom. He was pleasantly surprised of how good it was compared to other drink places. The service was great! The baristas were so nice and were not rude at all. They were quick with our orders and even provided us with free WiFi!!! Definitely will be coming again. I told all of my friends about the spot and I hope it will do well. The ambiance was pleasant. It wasn't too loud and the vibe was calming and chill. It is a really great place to study for exams and a great place to hang out with friends. Thank you Teasync so much for the great drinks!! Coming back again read more

I tired the oolong tea and the Winter melon milk tea, and it was amazing. The person at the front desk was really nice and even the people who made the boba were nice while passing me my drink. My family and I absolutely love this place! We get their signature and jasmine milk teas with or without boba (depending on our mood) and every time they are amazing!
