DINE IN DURING PANDEMIC…read more One way in, one way out, mask/face shield/temp/alcohol hand wash/questionnaire mandatory when walk in. Most patrons and workers wore only masks. Staff are friendly and shout greetings as you enter. They're hardworking, efficient and you can ask any one of them for assistance. You order at the counter then they bring the food to your table. Many menu items are not available, so ask before ordering to prevent disappointment. After ordering we chose to sit at the table furthest away and most isolated from the others. There was a screen and a fan facing away from us: hubby said it was to blow the Covid germs the other direction HAHA! They have a nice, spacious dining area with comfortable seating both inside and outside. We ordered the sausage breakfast. The "toast" was very pale, next time I'll have to tell them "well done". Other than the toast, breakfast here is always a solid choice. Because of the pandemic we rarely go out, so to celebrate we had the Tiramisu Macaron and Affogato for dessert. The ice cream in the Affogato was too sweet for me to eat by itself; but it balanced perfectly when paired with the bitterness of the coffee, not bad. The macaron, on the other hand, was meh. I'm sure it would have tasted much better fresh from the bakery; but the macaron was already stale. I'm sure we'll be back when we're in the area. This DIAMOND is located in Oasis Hotel. The vibe of the place is the select people who know about this place and come here have been coming here for years/ generations to enjoy EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from all of the employees (especially, the very attentive waiters!), AMAZING SELECTION OF HIGH QUALITY FOOD, and the great pianist who plays in the evening to escalate your experience with music (This guy knows ALL songs! I made about 5-7 requests and he knew them all!). I recommend the FRIDAY evening buffet that starts at 6PM to people who enjoy fresh seafood such as OYSTERS, BIG PRAWNS, , and SCALLOPS! The way they're cooked is just SO GOOD! *DROOLS They are given as appetizers but after tasting them, I requested more and almost forgot about the other food such as the ROAST BEEF in the middle of the restaurant! Hahahaha If you enjoy a medium- rare cut, you'll get it here! They have this ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS RICH AND CREAMY BLACK PEPPERCORN GRAVY to put atop red meat. If they have it, opt for this instead of au jus! For deserts, there is fresh fruit such as sweet watermelon, cantaloupe, creme brulee (the sugar on top is actually caramelized because it's torched! YES!), to name a few. End your dinner with a cup of coffee. The coffee is bold and strong! LOVE IT!

Walking in, and after reading the first reviewer, I was expecting a decent meal at a decent price, only considering that yes, this place looks somewhat like a beefed up truo turo nothing fancy. We ordered 2 frogs (small), 2 of the meatloaf (size of a potato each) , 2 main dish and 1 order of vegetables and 2 cokes. The total bill was P2,600. I've paid less for breakfast in BGC for more in my opinion. The frogs we like stuffed with meat, they were quite small, about 2-3 bites worth not including the legs. The meatloaf was pretty good, they do include this AMAZING sauce which are the drippings of Murcon, so essentially, its fat, but seriously, who cares, it was AMAZING. I ordered a side of rice and just poured it on top and just ate that since we basically ran short on food. I asked them if they would sell me some, but unfortunately, not for sale, they would kill it if they were able to preserve this somehow and sell it, no kidding, top 20 of my list of the best things I've ever eaten. The rest of the food was on point... again, decent, not excellent. Good stop over, just ask about pricing before you order, I didn't and was a bit taken back. I think simply because of the place itself I didn't expect to see that. STAY HUNGRY!

It is a well-known fact that Kapampangans are very fond of food and are excellent cooks. However,…read moreone little-known fact would be that they have frogs and crickets as delicacies. Despite the modern times, These are still proudly served at Everybody's Café. On a road trip to the Ilocos region, we decided to make a detour and have dinner at Everybody's Café, which aside from their long list of familiar, delectable Kapampangan offerings, also offers exotic items such as the betute and the camaro. Because we wanted to try something different and push our (food) limits, we decided getting both the betute and camaro. The betute is stuffed frog and tastes like friend chicken more than anything. The camaro on the other hand was a bit scary and odd to eat, because looking at it, the clump of crickets look like they're maggots or white worms. Because I wasn't going to let my mind ruin my dinner and chance at being brave, I took a spoonful and put it into my mouth. Surprisingly, it was indeed good and chewy. Everybody's Café is definitely for everybody - from Kapampangans themselves, local patrons, and even foreign guests as well.

When I was a…read moreworking mom running and gunning, it was also a cheap breakfast that was easy to eat on the go. Good Mexican food is a scarcity here in the PI, so I've been telling my hubby about the breakfast burrito here. We finally found some free time to stop by. WE ORDERED - Breakfast burrito (added sausage for P50 more). Flavorful and tasty. Green salsa complimented the burrito well; but I thought it was on the salty side (the burrito had enough flavor so it didn't need more salt). Hubby prefers a higher salt level than me so he enjoyed it. - Filipino breakfast - comes with two eggs, rice (this was on the hard side), and longganisa. The sausage was sweet, savory and delicious, pair it with spicy vinegar (you need to request it) to compliment the sweetness. - Cafe Americano (complimentary with breakfast)- a blend of four coffees that they roast and grind in house. We asked for it iced. This was strong, so we added sugar and milk. - Iced Tea - today's flavor was Jasmine (they switch out teas when they finish a batch). This was floral but not over steeped, so I enjoyed it once I added sugar. Things have improved even more than last time. Now you can ask to have the complimentary coffee iced OR you can have it replaced with their available tea (hot or iced). The regular staff are now just as attentive as the management. They offered us ice water before we even had to ask. I left a tip in their tip jar and they actually thanked me, it's the little details that I feel make a business 5 stars. If you run into any any problems, make sure to approach the managers; they're easy to talk to and they'll make things right.
