I used an agent (Tammy) from this firm and was placed in a terrible and costly situation because of…read moreher. The well at the house I bought was bad. I would have done a well inspection but the realtor provided me with one done by a previous potential buyer. She told me I didn't need to do one since one was done. What I didn't realize until after closing was that the company that did the inspection was the same company that put in the well. When I found out a few days after living in the house that the well was collapsing, I called the company to discuss the possibility of having the $12,000 bill covered at least partially by their insurance. I was told that Tammy said she never told me not to do an inspection and this was a she said she said situation that would not be covered. I'm a single mom living off an educators salary. This wiped out my savings. I would NOT recommend this company. They are not ethical.
