We told him some homes we were interested in and he brought other great candidates -- he took us through all of them, but we just could not find something in our budget. He negotiated our home at our budget and even got the closing costs to be COMPLETELY covered -- we were actually paid a large sum of money at closing when we got the home with NO money out of pocket. I used an agent (Tammy) from this firm and was placed in a terrible and costly situation because of…read moreher. The well at the house I bought was bad. I would have done a well inspection but the realtor provided me with one done by a previous potential buyer. She told me I didn't need to do one since one was done. What I didn't realize until after closing was that the company that did the inspection was the same company that put in the well. When I found out a few days after living in the house that the well was collapsing, I called the company to discuss the possibility of having the $12,000 bill covered at least partially by their insurance. I was told that Tammy said she never told me not to do an inspection and this was a she said she said situation that would not be covered. I'm a single mom living off an educators salary. This wiped out my savings. I would NOT recommend this company. They are not ethical.
