5 Stars for fantastic service from Beth Hobart (Realtor) in both helping me buy and sell a home…read more I have worked with Beth on buying a home a few years ago and now again to sell my home and buy a new home. That's 3 times, for those of you counting, and I've been absolutely blown away by the level of service. Beth provides an in-depth initial meeting to talk about her services and commitments to you. From there, every step of the way is communicated clearly by Beth or someone from her small team. When I say they go above and beyond, I'm talking fantastic photography and videography of my home, great social media marketing and the ability to get the home featured in local publications. The part that truly blew me away was when her team got 3-4 quotes for everything from the inspection, to a roofer, and everything in between. They got the quotes for me and availability of each service provider and all I had to do was pick one. They also scheduled the appointment on my behalf and someone from the team was there to accompany me. This is NEXT LEVEL. Buying and selling a home is extremely stressful, but this team made it really easy. I will be working with Beth with any real estate needs in the future, without a doubt! No wonder she keeps winning best Realtor in the Orlando Weekly's Best Of issue every year! P.S. Don't get me started on the "congrats on your new home" gift/starter pack she gives her clients! I won't give it away ;)

They helped us get a great amount for the house and were always prompt and easy to work with. I liked that they offered multiple different packages so you can pay for only the services you want. We chose the highest level of service, the Concierge Package, and it was well worth it to have them coordinate everything for my elderly mother such as repairs, the movers, and the estate sale. They patiently worked with my mom to help her decide what to keep and what to get rid of. I can't recommend Beth enough if you need a realtor in Florida, especially one who offers additional services on top of those of a standard realtor.

He asked what we are looking for and immediately took the initiative to start sending us listing gathering information and became our agent. We saw many properties with both Nick and Andy, lost a few that we really liked but ultimately we found our forever home and are building new. As for the sale portion of what was our current home, Nick, Andy and team felt very confident in that it would sell quickly and that we would get our asking price... after some staging assistance from the team, some house preparation on our part and some purging we got the house ready, listed it on Thursday, hosted open house on Sunday and Monday we had 2 serious offers to consider. We closed in 30 days, got asking price and are very pleased with how Nick and team handled the sale or our home and are assisting us through the process of our new home being built. Thanks Nick, Andy and team! We could not have done it without your help. I would certainly obtain their services again and strongly recommend them.

The first two homes were for my husband and me as we relocated twice. Through their expertise, patience, and guidance, we ultimately found our dream home and forever home. The actual office suite listed is #1400, but once we got to that door, it directed us to a door just a bit further down the corridor. Kelly at the front desk was super lovely. Christian Delgado was great at explaining the documents. However, I'm dropping down a star as am sensitive to smell and the chemical air deodorant drove me barmy and I left with a headache and ear-ache as the chemical smell was so intense. I also think it would be nice if they offered tea/ coffee/ water or just some snack options. Instead we had to ask rather than be offered. Yelp 146/ 2018
