Apparently the support staff is the main focus. With that being said, consider yourself forewarned of their un-ethical practices. It saddens me when a person's first time home buyers experience is overshadowed by a greedy real estate agent. The truth of the matter is this - Veterans are not appreciated enough for their service. Even more so when it comes to purchasing a home. If you or someone you care about is thinking of purchasing a home in the Orlando area I highly discourage you from this brokerage. They did not honor their fiduciary responsibility to the client, showed zero respect for the listing agent and basically tarnished a veterans home buying experience with their lack of moral conduct. Disclosing your client's personal information without consent, choosing to submit a verbal offer via text message because they didn't get along with the listing agent, and even fabricating their professional experience may be the norm for some..but it doesn't make it right. Nor does it encourage repeat business. The agent may want to consider spending less time fluffing up her social media and the broker should definitely consider a revision of their ethics training. Also, if anyone knows of compassionate and competent listing agent in the Orlando area please feel free to respond with their contact info.

They helped us get a great amount for the house and were always prompt and easy to work with. I liked that they offered multiple different packages so you can pay for only the services you want. They patiently worked with my mom to help her decide what to keep and what to get rid of. I can't recommend Beth enough if you need a realtor in Florida, especially one who offers additional services on top of those of a standard realtor.

He asked what we are looking for and immediately took the initiative to start sending us listing gathering information and became our agent. We saw many properties with both Nick and Andy, lost a few that we really liked but ultimately we found our forever home and are building new. As for the sale portion of what was our current home, Nick, Andy and team felt very confident in that it would sell quickly and that we would get our asking price... after some staging assistance from the team, some house preparation on our part and some purging we got the house ready, listed it on Thursday, hosted open house on Sunday and Monday we had 2 serious offers to consider. We closed in 30 days, got asking price and are very pleased with how Nick and team handled the sale or our home and are assisting us through the process of our new home being built. Thanks Nick, Andy and team! We could not have done it without your help. I would certainly obtain their services again and strongly recommend them.

Decided to put in an offer at the end of January of 2019. Offer accepted. Cool. What Natalie and her team didn't tell us or just didn't do their due diligence was that the HOA that the property was in was over the 15% delinquency mark that's required for the type of loan we had. A good listing agent knows those types of things. It took my realtor to do the digging to find that out. She and her team prolonged so many different tasks that needed to be complete even though we were prompt to get her any information that she asked for. We spent so much time just waiting for responses from Natalie. Meanwhile we are paying for an appraisal and a home inspection for a property that we can't even buy. Also listed incorrectly was the dog weight limit. It was listed 36-60 pounds but when we got the HOA documents, it clearly had a 29 pound maximum and our dog is 50 pounds. If this property were listed correctly, we wouldn't have even looked at it. We personally feel Natalie and her team should pay us back the money for the home inspection and appraisal. It was the worst home buying experience and it was our first one. My future bride and I plan on being in the central Florida area for a long time and working in real estate. Every time we see a property that has Natalie Arrowsmith's name attached to it, we will look the other way. We can't believe how unprofessional this experience was. Complete waste of time and money. Your unprofessionalism took $775 from a young couple who moved to Orlando to try and start a new chapter in their lives.

Before reviewing the Orlando Regional REALTOR Association (ORRA), it helps the public understand…read morewhy REALTOR® associations exist at all. Real estate associations serve as part of the professional backbone of the housing industry. They provide education, uphold the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, advocate for property rights, and equip agents with the tools needed to guide buyers and sellers through one of the largest financial decisions most people will ever make. In Central Florida, professionals often choose between ORRA and the Osceola County Association of REALTORS (OSCAR). Both organizations play an important role in supporting their members and the broader real estate community. Where ORRA stands apart is scale, influence, and opportunity. As one of the largest REALTOR® associations in the region, ORRA offers an expansive professional network and a robust education calendar that helps members stay informed on contracts, legislation, technology, and evolving market trends. There are also numerous committees and leadership pathways for members who want to contribute to the profession and help shape the future of housing in Central Florida. Another important differentiator is ORRA's role in regional advocacy. Housing policy, property rights, zoning, and development decisions affect the entire Central Florida market, and ORRA works to ensure that REALTORS® and property owners have a voice in those conversations. Equally important is the organization's commitment to giving back through the Orlando Regional REALTOR Foundation. The foundation supports housing stability initiatives and provides resources to individuals and families facing housing hardship. Through grants, partnerships, and volunteer efforts, it demonstrates how the real estate community can positively impact the neighborhoods we serve. For REALTORS who prefer a smaller association environment, OSCAR may be a great fit. But for professionals seeking broader connections, extensive education, and opportunities to engage in leadership, advocacy, and community service, ORRA offers a level of engagement that is difficult to match. Other incentives that many professionals probably don't know about is ORRA's: -Health Services Plans through People One if you don't have standard healthcare -LEAP a licensure and continuing education center -Sentrilock for easy access to out of area agents to get properties sold -Stellar MLS access to listings expanding further than central Florida -Podcast and Video Studio where you can State of the Art Technology. ORRA has onsite editors or you can book to have raw footage to edit your own. -A gym and wellness studio -A Technology Center that holds labs every Tuesday -An events Center with full kitchen on site At its best, a REALTOR® association is not just about business; it's about professional standards, community stewardship, and strengthening the housing ecosystem for everyone involved. ORRA continues to play a meaningful role in that mission throughout Central Florida.
