They will absolutely make you feel like their only client despite all of their other listings. Phil Kolbrich will be a tireless advocate for you and your property. I encountered Phil one evening when he was going door to door promoting one of his listings. He wasn't pushy or intrusive, but friendly and conversational. I enjoyed meeting him. Over the next few months, I noticed he was out quite a bit walking the neighborhood. We chatted a few time's randomly, as I walked my dogs and we crossed paths. He was always pleasant, knowledgeable about the market, and his enthusiasm was contagious. When it came time to sell our home, my wife and I invited Phil to come over to hear what Top Orlando Homes had to offer. Their presentation was great! It was professional and to the point. What we liked most about Phil and Gisele was their realistic approach to pricing. They did not tell us what we wanted to hear just to get our business. We had a frank discussion comparing our home to what was currently available and what we should expect. It was a good no nonsense meeting. Phil and Gisele were able to answer all of our questions. Once we signed on with Top Orlando Homes, Phil and his team marketed our home aggressively. Our home was on all of the top sites, and it was one of the top viewed homes for days. We scheduled an open house, but we had offers days before it took place. There were multiple offers at asking and over listing price. Our home was under contract before we could blink. That's all it took. We were thrilled! Phil Kolbrich and Top Orlando Homes were great. We could not have asked for more or had an easier experience selling our home. If you want the best for yourself while selling your home, you should talk to Phil Kolbrich at Top Orlando homes.

Anne-Marie met with us after 5 during the week and took the time to explain the homebuying process and answers several of our questions. We were given a packet with all of this information and during the meeting there was absolutely no pressure to try and find a house quickly- and we didn't. Over the next couple of months Ann-Marie's patience really shown through. The wife and I found houses here and there, on zillow and through the miller group platform, that we wanted to look at- sometimes we'd only see one house after Anne-Marie meeting use 30-40 miles away from her office, only because it's the only one we wanted to look at. We did this until early March when we finally found the house we wanted. Anne-Marie gave us solid advice for submitting our offer that I am 100 percent sure led to our offer being picked by the seller. The closing process was smooth and Anne-Marie/the Miller Group really stayed on top of everything. I would not hesitate to work with Anne-Marie again.

After initially being assigned a realtor from my lender, I made the decision to use Byron as my…read morerealtor due to his extensive knowledge of the Orlando area and attentiveness to the details that mattered the most to me. As a first time home buyer not really knowing what I'm doing in a really tough sellers market, I was doubtful in finding a home in my price range that checked all the boxes. I not only received real time updates every time homes that matched my search criteria were listed, but Byron went out of his way to separately highlight specific homes that he thought were really good deals/options that would work for me and my interests. Byron made time to tour all of the houses that peaked my interest and even virtually toured some via FaceTime to make sure I got a chance to put offers in on homes that had potential to sell fast if I wasn't able to tour them myself the same day they were listed. If you are looking for a realtor in the Orlando area with abundant knowledge of not only the local real estate market but also every amenity that Orlando has to offer, look no further and hire Byron to be your go-to man! He comes with my absolute highest recommendation! Thank you for helping me close on my first home for an excellent deal in a fierce market!

Just 3 years later I decided to relocate to another state and gave Keith a call. He remembered me by name and even remember the address of the property. I was very surprised. He explained how the process would be again this would have been my first time selling a house. He took his time to go over everything again very thorough. The house was only marketed for 72 hours before we got in contract. I received multiple offers which drove the price above the list price. The highest offer was 3% above the list price. I was able to sell my first home which increased 23% in value in 3 years. The buyer paid $11K above their appraised price and I closed on schedule. What else could I ask for? My overall experience as a buyer and seller; was pleasant and I would recommend Eureka Realty.
