I booked the 10 pm bioluminescence kayak tour on Merritt island…read more They had different options available on-site of clear 2 people transparent Kayaks, also on person transparent single Kayaks. It was easy to see the company truck by the launching area on the on the Indian river lagoon. There were life vest and small lights for us to be able to see the other members of the group while paddling in the dark. We paddled to horseshoe crab island and got to see dolphins a couple of times. Overall is pretty dark so mostly you see them around. Our guide was Jordan. He was great! We could not have asked for a better guide. He gave us instructions on how to stay safe, and what to expect during the tour. He also worked hard to communicate with the group while in the water, and made sure that the group stayed together the whole time. He has the right personality for the job making our experience easy and fun. We could see the bioluminescence phenomenon what was pretty incredible. I wish we could have Good pictures of it but unfortunately they don't turn out good. Bring bug spray ! Lots of mosquitos!

You can see the love they have for their animals and the care they pour into them. They are for education and saving gators FIRST. And that's what I like to see. The staff here is truly immersed into their rolls and play them extremely well. All while sharing facts and educational things regarding the gators they work with! As soon as you walk in your met with many many large gators!! Which is exactly why you come to a joint like this! They had every gator you could think of including your rareist ones! With photo options w monster truck ride (which is a lot crazier than I was expecting!) this place is the place to be! Me and my husband spent the whole day here and actually had an amazing time! Seeing the alligators up close was definitely a highlight, and the entire experience was both fun and exciting. Once inside, it was super convenient to pay cash for cool extra rides and wildlife photos. We paid cash on the spot to pose while holding a baby alligator, which turned out to be our favorite souvenir photo of the whole vacation! Since almost the entire park is outdoors along open boardwalks and natural trails, carrying a raincoat or umbrella was an absolute lifesaver when a typical Florida rain shower rolled through. Food and drinks were reasonably priced, and the staff was 10/10--friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A great bonus is that Florida residents get 50% off admission, making it an even better value for a family outing. Between the amazing military perk, hands-on animal encounters, and welcoming atmosphere, we loved every minute. We highly recommend giving yourself a full day to soak it all in! We highly recommend Gatorland for a fun and unique Florida experience. We'll definitely be back!

Though I saw several flight with quite a bit of wind that still went up. The view is totally amazing through. You can see Epcot and Hollywood Studios, but they've built everything out so you can't see the castle.

It is unlike a usual hot air balloon in several ways including that it uses captive helium to achieve a lighter-than-air state rather than burning gas to heat the air in the balloon. It's also fully tethered so that thing isn't going anywhere beyond it's range. Top height is 400 feet and the ride is only 8 minutes. It'll be a little crowded with up to 30 people (including the pilot) in the platform which is a "ring" with an hollow center. Tickets are $29.99 each for adults which seems spendy for such a short time. But hey, you do you. Enjoy the view! Or do what I did. For free, stay on the ground to watch the balloon rise and fall. Love the chairlifts at Blizzard Beach! I mean, it is a "ski" resort after all, right? Can't very…read morewell have a "ski" resort without chairlifts! Duh! You can count on Disney to think of everything! These chairlifts are so bright, colourful, and fun! They take you to the top of Mount Gushmore which gives you access to Summit Plummet, Slush Gusher, and Teamboat Springs. The "Mountain" is so high up that's it's really nice to be able to hop on one of the chairlifts and let it take you to the top while enjoying the beautiful layout of Blizzard Beach rather than hike it to the top by foot. Although, there is a height restriction of 32", so if you have a little one who ones to take on one of the 3 above mentioned slides, you'll have no choice but to make the hike by foot. The lines can sometimes get long for the chairlift, but in my opinion, it's worth it to just wait. Usually by the time you waste your energy walking all the way to the top in the Florida heat, a chair will be available to you. They also have gondolas spaced out here and there among the chairs for those who are disabled and not able to get into the chairs. Good thinking, Disney, good thinking!

The Friendship boats were the easiest way to get between our hotel and EPCOT. During our recent trip to Disney World, we used this free boat service a lot to get between the BoardWalk, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios. Service was reliable and safe, morning and night, with short wait times (usually no more than 10-15 minutes). The boats were comfortable and never crowded. One night, we took advantage of Extended Evening Theme Park Hours at EPCOT since we stayed at a Disney Deluxe Resort. Boats were still running from International Gateway around 11:00 PM on a non-holiday Monday night. EPCOT's International Gateway is EPCOT's "back entrance." Note: Walking between the BoardWalk and EPCOT is faster than taking the boat.

As the name states, this is the Friendship Dock at The International Gateway. The other review by…read moreYesi talks about the boats which are actually INSIDE of Epcot and take you across the lake to different parts of The World Showcase. Those are also called Friendship Boats, but it is not this particular Friendship Boat or Dock. Because they are also call Friendship Boats, I can see where the confusion must be. The International Gateway is the back entrance into Epcot. It's located between the UK and France in The World Showcase and it is actually OUTSIDE of Epcot. I know... a lot of people don't know there's a back entrance to Epcot..... Surprise! =) The Friendship Boat that docks here will take you to The Boardwalk Resort, The Swan & Dolphin Resort, The Yacht and Beach Club Resort, and Hollywood Studios. If you are going all the way to Hollywood Studios, which is the last stop, it will take approximately 30 minutes. It's a nice, relaxing boat ride. There is no A/C though. They do keep the doors open and there is a nice breeze that goes through the boat as it is moving, but it can get pretty hot during the middle of the summer. If you happen to be staying at The Boardwalk Resort or The Yacht and Beach Club Resort, you can make the walk from the International Gateway along paths in about 10-15 minutes (depending on how fast you walk). For some people, this is a better option. Then again, if you've been at Epcot all day, your feet are probably killing you and the boat may be the better option. Keep in mind that when Illuminations starts at Epcot at 9pm every night, the boats stop until Illuminations is over. So if you are trying to leave the Park through the back entrance, you'll have to wait for the show to end to board a boat unless you want to walk. The boats do begin boarding the moment Illuminations finishes. They do this as a precaution because of the fireworks.
