Phone less than year old, no screensaver in inventory. What a joke, associate thought my phone was too old for them to have screensaver.

Collen the manager was amazing and helped me with so much to activate my phone after a hardship and not having service. She was efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She went above amd beyond what I expected to help me. I will go to her form now on and recommend anyone else to also. There was 4 people working 2 were with customers conducting business and the other two were sitting down playing on their phone and wouldn't get up to come to us to help as soon as we walked in they said your android s are over here as she pointed . We don't have androids we have IPhones I received my iPhone 16 pro max on we'd. And I wanted a case for mine and screen protector and my husband has the iPhone 16 plus so we of corse needed new cover. When asked about the screen protectors she spoke to me from her seat on the other side of the room and couldn't hear her she was the lazy or to good to get up and when I asked what the difference was and if they had something to protect your eyes free m the light from the phone and another salesman that wouldn't get off his phone looked and said that's is something u set in your phone not in a liquids screen protectors. As he look at me w a snarl and seemed to think I was the devil and he was perturbed to even answer no question I looked at my husband and said let's go I don't like it here and since the work on commission they didn't deserved to get the $500 I was about to spend there. As I'm thinking of switching my wireless carrier, I swung in here to get some basic information. Upon entry I was greeted right away by very upbeat and cheerful staff. After explaining my current situation and future needs, I liked the fact that they just didn't try to bring me down a single option path. Instead, they provided a few possible solutions. In addition, they also didn't pressure me to switch then and there and close the deal, which to me is a big plus. I wanted to buy local so I went to Team Wireless. I bought a new note 20 Ultra. Braxton told me if I bought a tablet at the same time I would get a discount (I'm getting discount on package deal) and my cost would be only 10.00 a month for tablet line access. Multiple times I said if its not 10 bucks I DO NOT WANT THE TABLET!! 1100.00 for the tablet and I am paying 20 a month for line access. I have called and called and called Braxton said no problem it's an easy fix. Every phone call would be give it time " I've got it fixed" never ever corrected the issue. I wanted to return the tablet as soon as I saw that it wasn't fixed he said " Oh it's fine I will get it fixed" and then it was too late for return the tablet. On top of that when I went to pick tablet up he had Cole give it to me with out knowing Cole started from the beginning and registered it all over again and I was being charged twice for the same tablet with 2 different phone numbers. I had to call verizon corp.to get it correct after hours on the phone and removed the 2nd tablet charge. They told me the place I bought it would have to correct access line fee since they are not a verizon owned store!!! NEVER HAPPENED. Still 7 months later I am paying 20.00 a month not 10.00 for the tablet line access with promises with every phone call that HE Braxton got it corrected with an excuse every time I called him. LET ME SAY NOT ONE TIME DID I EVER GET A PHONE CALL BACK CHECKING ON THE ISSUE, NOT ONCE!! BRAXTON IS SUPPOSE TO BE A MANAGER. THAT IS A JOKE. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN AND BE LIED TO! This was the absolute WORST customer service I have encountered in a Verizon store. The person "helping" me was so unfriendly, I finally asked if he was upset with me. He said no, so I asked why he was so unfriendly and acting like I was interrupting him just because I was a customer. He just looked at me. I asked for the manager on duty and he was no better. He did not apologize at all for the fact that they sold me a phone that didn't work, he did not apologize for the hatefulness of his staff. He just looked at me, refunded my money and I left. I called Verizon customer service and they were able to help me with the issue I was having. The woman behind me in line said that she generally sends her husband there if possible, because the customer service is so horrible. I try to stick with Verizon owned stores, however as I was traveling I had no choice but to go in this place. I will never make that mistake again. read more
