This was a pretty big job. 1. I was not quoted accurately for the couch cleaning and when the bill was tallied, I was charged a huge amount for a simple wipe down. 2. One of the crew members helped themselves to my mother's purse. Took the whole thing with them. While we missed pulling it out of the room where the couch was cleaned before they arrived, apparently too tempting. 1 crew member was on her own for an hour in that room and just took it! They TOOK a 92-year-old woman's purse. Her SS card, Veterans Admin card, cash, credit card, checkbook. We filed a police report, and I called the manager of the facility. I was not offered anything but a "sorry - hard to hire, staff is normally good...." Careful before you invite them into your home. Very disappointed and appalled.

Landlord gave them keys to both apartments, but there are two central air units, two seperate doors (one upstairs in back one downstairs in front), two separate mailboxes. Came out of the bathroom to a tech in my living room (my door was locked before entering the bathroom) when asked if he can be helped he points and says the neighbor upstairs has no A/C and the filter needs replaced. Then walks out and locks the door.... Okay but if you knew it was an issue for upstairs, why are you downstairs.... When the tech themselves said it was an upstairs issue.... With its own central air unit.... Call them to confront, met Amy who told me they just won't come work on our system, fine I never called you anyway.... And that she hoped me and my family dies from no A/C. Don't support this business, they will enter without permission into your homes, and wish death upon your kids.

They were in and out within half a day. When I called later with a small problem they returned in less than 15 minutes (about the time it takes to drive from their place to my home, so they must have left immediately) and had everything back up and running within just a few minutes. The guys were all very courteous and patient with my numerous questions, gave me reassurances, and seemed very knowledgeable about the system. It's been over a week, and I am loving the new system! Thank you! Also, their driving was FINE!
