The guys were all very courteous and patient with my numerous questions, gave me reassurances, and seemed very knowledgeable about the system. It's been over a week, and I am loving the new system! Came out of the bathroom to a tech in my living room (my door was locked before entering the bathroom) when asked if he can be helped he points and says the neighbor upstairs has no A/C and the filter needs replaced. Then walks out and locks the door.... Okay but if you knew it was an issue for upstairs, why are you downstairs.... When the tech themselves said it was an upstairs issue....
