We researched homes on Zillow and Dan sent us many potential listings from MLS for us to consider, based on the input he solicited from us in order to get a good sense of the types of homes and the locations we would consider. Based on the many listings we reviewed, we communicated with Dan on homes we truly were interested in seeing on our house hunting trip. I ended up coming out alone without my wife to tour homes and the home viewing process was done super efficiently because Dan had worked out the logistics of seeing as many of the homes we could on the first day. That one day resulted in our putting in a contract on a beautiful home in a great neighborhood at the right price. The process from signing the contract to closing went very well. While there were a few glitches along the way (as anyone who has bought or sold a home would expect), Dan and his team (particularly Allie Lunt) acted very quickly on everything that needed to be done.
