I think "expert" is a very applicable term for Erin. Buy and sell with confidence; sounds like a lame, trite phrase but it's true!

After 15+ years in real estate (and over $175M sold), I’ve experienced all the different markets and an industry that changes often and fast. I value transparency, integrity, honesty, your time, my time and understanding the nuances of purchasing and selling luxury homes. You’re busy and require efficiency, professionalism and don’t need more added to your plate. You need a professional to manage your transaction at a high level and to guide you through the process with solutions and systems to make an already stressful process easier and maybe even enjoyable! When I’m not selling homes or coaching agents, you’ll find me lifting weights, out on the lake, snowboarding fresh powder, or hiking in the mountains—anything that keeps me grounded, energized, and fully living life. I’m passionate about growth, mindset, and helping people break free from what’s been holding them back so they can step into who they’re really meant to be. Because at the end of the day… this isn’t just about real estate. It’s about building a life you actually love.

-Review is reflective of my experience as a tenant from June 2024-May 2025…read more Sergio seemed kind at first, easygoing and simple which made some glaring red flags easy to overlook. In fact those flags should have warned me to just how difficult this experience would end up being. He had made promises to paint the master bedroom and bathroom and replace the doors of said space before I moved in, but then didn't and adjusted the timeline to do the repairs in the first month. Requesting I not unpack or place items in the wall to do so; I kept reminding him to get it scheduled, even offering to do the work myself at one point. (He did in the meantime pain the other two bedrooms, but never painted while I lived in residence) He also never fixed any damage from the previous tenants, including massive holes in garages, broken garage doors, mice, ripped window screens, and lack of ventilation in main floor bathroom. This neglect meant that no maintenance was done to the space between myself or the individuals before, including a cleaning or routine maintenance of the HVAC system. This became an issue immediately when the air conditioning was not flowing into the bedroom space through any open vent, but was in the bathroom. When reported, Sergio refused to even have it checked, he claimed it was an error to where my bed (with it's open frame) was placed that was the error, or that I was blocking the vent with the unpacked boxes (which I wasn't able to unpack from his lack of wall repair) despite the vent being on the ceiling. When I noted that the spiders in the vent on the ceiling that I cleaned out might be an issue he became very flustered and aggressive. I used a fan and heater the entire time due to his inability to even follow through on a check in of the system. Not once while in residence did any routine maintenance of the property take place. Other problems include my having to have wasp nest exterminated from the cracks in the drive, telling potential tenants that the HOA does the snow removal, when they very much do not. We also had mice along with the rest of the area during construction, but we had holes in the garage where two were able to enter, holes that we were told would be fixed in that first month. Upon inspection of the property when I moved in I found that not only had any promised repairs NOT taken place, but he didn't do a cleaning check or inspection when the previous tenants moved. I gave him a few items of damage and then found that he charged me for those things from my deposit, knowing I reported the items to him last year. All attempts to resolve this were made on my part. Halfway through our contracts our house asked to collectively meet with Sergio to take over our own utilities, the amounts being charged individually were not equal to the city bills and amounts we were being given for our home. When he finally agreed to meet with us, he said he didn't charge us for our home; but rather he averaged out the amounts between all townhouses he managed. Which means our cost was exceeding our use greatly. He never provided the breakdown or any documentation to show how these charges came about and any requests to have it in our name was ignored. All of these could have and were dealt with, as the space was lovely in size. Once we informed him of our plans to move (graduations/job changes led to relocating) he listed the property a month earlier than he told us in writing, and without more than 24 hours notice scheduled showings. Demanding that our space be ready at the drop of a moment for these, disregarding our massive schedules or ability to pack and move. Not allowing us time to live for the last two months of our contract in peace or with the ability to pack fully and vacate. When we were flexible and tried to communicate, Sergio became increasingly rude and aggressive, especially targeting myself outside of the group of individuals in residence. When the others pointed this out, Sergio was condescending and insulting. Overall it was more work to be his tenant than to find somewhere else to live. When any attempts to communicate and hold Sergio to the terms of his own contract were made, he would just simply ignore and stop speaking to us and do what he wanted regardless. The lack of respect for his tenants as adults and individuals with rights he agreed to legally was incredulous. Save yourself the cost mentally, and financially: Rent from someone who is accountable and honest. **This is painful for me to say, as I have and still do have fabulous relationships with my landlords in the past. I have made it a point of pride to be a tenant that they are sad to have leave, only moving for very particular circumstances.
