Eliot was a huge help to us in the recent purchase of our first house. Eliot Ward recently sold a house we listed through him. The entire experience could not have been smoother nor the outcome better. I was skeptical about using a real estate agent when we started looking for a home; I wasn't sure why you really needed one, especially for the cost.
