When the appraisal came in $30,000 more than the sales price I was ecstatic! He was also able to skillfully negotiate though multiple problems that arose. Brett was successful in extending the home inspection period while we waited for the mold and Radon test results. When the reports came back positive for mold and Radon, Brett was able to negotiate with the sellers to pay an additional $1,800 of our closing costs so we could install a Radon Pump in the home after closing. He never left me hanging after the sale, as promised Brett drove an hour to my home with boxes and his very large 24' trailer to our old home. He kept it there for us to slowly fill it up that week.
