The store itself is crowded and disorganized. It's a little dingey and rundown. For the price you pay, you'd be better fitted to stop by the Tonya Bottle Shop or make the trip to Total Wine. The biggest detractor is the customer service, if you can call it that. You can expect to wander aimlessly for ages before somebody even approaches to help you. There is one woman in particular who pulls an attitude every time I'm there. I understand retail is tough (I did it for 8 years), but again for the prices you pay you might as well go somewhere else.

One of two employees said "Aisle 1, freezer." I looked for 3 minutes. Didn't find it. Walked out of store, right by the guy still standing there, doing nothing. Drove over to Total Wine and was immediately helped. Returned home and told my wife why it took so long. Relayed my experience. She said, " Oh, I don't go there any more. Nobody is friendly"! And the poundage and price are on the bottom of all the packages meaning that every shopper has to pick them up, turn them over in order to determine the poundage and the price. Nasty.
