If you are looking for a new Ford, GO TO TEAM FORD. They are fast, honest, and don't try to over sell you on anything, not even in the finance department. Justin was the best salesperson I've ever dealt with at ANY dealership. He was prompt at returning calls, getting information I requested, and he actually knew his stuff. Scott (finance manager) was easy to deal with, and they got me in with a real bank for a prime rate on my car when I thought I would never qualify for anything less than 14%. I got in at 6.44%! I know, not great, but it's still in prime range. The whole process, front to back took 1 day (a blink of an eye, really). To top it off, a free loaner when they cleaned my vehicle (I took it before they had a chance to clean it), and have the 3M rock chip coating put on. They even let me take the vehicle as soon as the financing was approved, gave me a dealer plate to use for 2 days until I had the time to sort out insurance and registration. Lastly, before I purchased the vehicle, I hadn't noticed that there were deep scratches on the chrome running boards of my truck. I took the truck in, and guess what, FREE replacement. They said that I shouldn't need to worry about it because the truck was BRAND NEW, and that they would take care of it for me. They did try to get me to take $500 on my Go account instead, but I know the running boards are worth $800, so I said no, and they didn't argue. Can't blame them for trying to save a bit of money for the dealership, it's their job, and I'm a pain in the rear end lol Service people were great too, heated area to get looked after, and were pleasant to deal with. So, as I said, if you want exceptional service, without the typical greasy car salesman tactics and all the waiting and up-selling, go to TEAM FORD and see Justin. The sales manager was a great guy too (they are usually the tough nuts to crack), just can't remember his name. Sorry to hear that a couple of other people did not have the same experience (but you were in the used lot, and expecting a FORD dealer to have more than one colour, or even one car of another USED car brand is just dumb, it's used....they). Excellent people at TEAM FORD! You will not be disappointed! Thanks guys. Will be back for my next vehicle for sure! read more

In April I bought a used 2013 Jeep Wrangler from Team Ford. Now I today I purchased a new 2016 Ford Fusion. (My very first NEW car!!!) I strongly suggest Team Ford for these following 8 reasons: Team Ford has been amazing. They are friendly and kind people. Very honest, blunt even, but that is good in sales. Never once did they sugar coat or lie to me. Even if it wasn't the answer I wanted to hear. I bought both my vehicles off Joban who is amazing. I will continue to purchase cars from this amazing man. He was so patient with me (and I was very picky and being high maintenance) I strongly suggest visiting with him if you are searching for a great honest sales man who will help you in every way he possibly can!!!! As for the rest of the staff they were so friendly. After being there a day or two in a row I was recognized and greeted by everyone. Always willing to chat see how my day was going and how my search for a car was going. The financial team are funny nice witty guys, who sat me down and gave me the honest truth on what I could get and for how much. They showed me all the paperwork for the deal and I never once felt like I was being screwed over!!! Huge shout out to Drew, Ricardo in financing. The Tim & John the managers are such great guys. I bet if they could have added a magical unicorn to the deal they would have!!!! Trust me I am picky bossy lady and they were nothing but fun to deal with and found me the car I wanted with everything and only a very little over my budget I requested a month!!!! But to be honest what I wanted and where I asked my budget to be was not possible and they explained that. Showed me options. I have been told buying a car is a horrible experience however I never once felt that with Team Ford!!! I will only ever buy from Joban and Team Ford. The other sales guys and girls were so friendly too I am sure they would be a delight to deal with just like Joban has been. Strongly suggest Team Ford. They have such a LARGE selection of cars/suv/trucks because of their sister lots. If they can't find it and finance it then no one can. I promise you that. Honda couldn't get me the deal and car with all the features I was looking for but Team Ford could. Why because they are the best in the business!!!!! read more

I took my family on a trip to Edmonton for the weekend when the worst happened. Our car decided to break on us and leave us stranded at the hotel. We were close to the dealership and saw they had a service department. After getting the car there, they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and it wasn't worth fixing on a ten year old car with high kilometers. The service department took the time to show me the problem and explain in detail the potential costs. We had intended to buy a new car in the fall anyway so we decided to speed up the timeline and buy a car there to try and save our vacation. Amin took great care of me and my family, getting them to the world of science while we took care of financing and getting the deal done. He went as far as to give us the dealer plate and let us use the car for the weekend so we could have the freedom to get around the city the next day. As far as the car, he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and took care of the old car for me which was a huge relief. We were able to finish the deal and have everything finished by Monday so we could get back home on time. We love the car and the help they gave us that weekend made me a customer for life. I have used Go Auto in the past and always get great service from any of their dealerships, however this was far above and beyond the service I expected coming in with an old beater car. The team really did their best to set us up right and treated us wonderfully throughout the whole experience. read more

First of all, Save $500 on your purchase by using the referral code JPG8X, That's a bonus right off the bat. Second, and most important, If you're even thinking about a new vehicle, go and see Kameel Koya at GoFord. I had only moved to Alberta from BC a few weeks ago and I just started a new job. There was no way I ever could have imagined that I would get approved for my new truck. Let alone getting approved at 7% and $0 down! I don't know what magic Kameel used, but it worked for me. On top of that, my new2me truck got a brake job, all new rubber and a fancy 2 way lcd screen Command Start. Because Kameel was experienced enough to plan some leeway into my financing, I was able to get everything I needed without affecting any of my financing. That's as good as free to me because I had already been planning my payments. (They are low too!) He was always available by email and by text... even outside business hours. He never complained about answering my silly questions and always got back to me. I met Salvadore at the office, and he must have liked my company because he kept me around twice as long :p Evan was entertaining and everyone that I saw there seemed happy and helpful. I don't think there was any way that Kameel or TeamFord could have made my experience any better. read more

Recently bought a Vehicle from these @SS clowns. Put a deposit down on it, told them to look at a the few things that were obviously wrong with the vehicle, and get it ready for the sale. To go back 12 days later to find out after everything was not fixed, the window was spidered, the car not even detailed... They were rush rush rush to try and get a the certified check out of my hand. Like a bunch of bald headed turkeys. They where supposed to fix the electric running board, but instead disabled both, and said they fixed it. And then when we left turned them on to notice the one was still broken. Had to threaten not to sign the papers less they replaced the window. Honestly the Fu##ing loser managers and sales team over at team ford Are by far the worst bunch of @ssholes I met in my entire life. Then to top the cake, when we took the vehicle back in 2 days after purchasing it, for the window. We took it in at 10 am as asked and got it back at 5 pm, having them put over 30 plus KMs on the vehicle, and give it back to us with the Driver assist sensor on. And telling me they had it detailed and scented only to find the vacuumed the 6 frys from under the back seat. Nothing but a bunch of crooked Cun+$ read more

Really thankful to make the switch from our previous dealership where we purchased our vehicle to Team Ford. The Service department was so helpful in diagnosing a few concerns we had with our vehicle that we were unable to successfully deal with in the previous dealer. Right away, Jessica Kronemann in service clarified an issue we had with our brakes that was causing us stress, and got it resolved that very day. We did not have to wait to be acknowledged, she was quick to greet us, lend us some expert advise and treat us like a friend which is very rare in our modern world. We also got our windshield replaced and an oil change we have been needing that very day! in hours actually. Seriously happy to find someone that knows what she is doing, and a place that takes no short cuts on helping you find peace of mind with not only your vehicle but the money you invest into it. The final bill was much less than we were quoted elsewhere and we were treated fantastic. Made the permanent switch to Team Ford and highly recommend you to do the same, and if you can... request Jessica Kronemann. Awesomely helpful lady. Thanks Team Ford! read more

I went into Team Ford with a specific vehicle in mind, one that I saw an ad for. That particular vehicle didn't work out, but Andrew took his time with me and helped me find the perfect SUV. Because my original vehicle didn't work out, I was at a bit of a loss, and test drove 3 other vehicles, had Andrew running back and forth to get me different keys because I couldn't make up my mind. He was so patient with me, never made me feel rushed or pressured, even though I'm sure I was a bit of a pain! He was awesome to deal with, very friendly and helpful the whole time. Once I finally found the perfect vehicle for me, and all the initial work was done, we went in to talk to Nicholas in finance. He made the whole process go as quick as possible and very smooth. He chatted with us the whole time, making what is usually a pain, into a completely painless effort. Many thanks and much appreciation going out to Andrew and Nicholas of Team Ford. I am loving my Ford Escape! read more

Shaun in Service is the reason for my customer loyalty at Team Ford. I didn't originally buy my Fusion from Team Ford, but the exemplary customer service and genuine care for customers from Shaun in Service keeps me coming back. Every time I've been in a pickle with my vehicle, I've either called or dropped in and asked for Shaun. A flat tire or something under the hood, and it's always been fixed in capable hands. As I write this, I'm sitting in the waiting area as Shaun has gone above and beyond to help me when I'm in a bind, once again. On the way to work this morning my car had other plans, but I dropped in on Shaun last minute and less than an hour later I'm on my way. Very grateful for this customer service - Team Ford hopefully recognizes this strong team member they have and sees the customer loyalty he brings to Team Ford! read more

I had such a great experience at team Ford! I was a little nervous going in as it was my first time buying a new car, but everyone I dealt with was very helpful and explained everything to me at every step of the way. I never felt pressured to get anything I didn't want. The salesman listened to what was important to me and found me a few different options that would meet my needs. They had to bring the car in from another dealership, but let me drive one that was identical other than the colour. When I went in to drive the one they brought in from the other dealership it turned out that they had been able to locate one with even less milage on it that the one I expected!! I would 100% recommend to go and see them, they are awesome, and made the whole experience wonderful! Thank you!! read more

I would echo Bonnie A.'s comments about the service area being the cleanest and best laid out of any I've had to use. The staff and mechanics are also the best and as I've said in numerous other reviews over the last 6 years that I've been going to Team Ford, I will only buy a Ford new car as I wouldn't want to "stray" from the Team Ford service department. I came to Team Ford after a couple of very bad experiences at Freedom Ford. I would particularly mention Shaun Merritt who always gives my wife and I very personal, knowledgeable and helpful attention and service. While waiting sometimes, I see that he treats all of his clients in the same patient and helpful way. He is the best ever. read more

What an amazing experience we had with Team Ford. We were taken care of from the moment we walke d through the door. The staff were courteous and very helpful. A huge thank you to the lovely Farah Saunders for introducing us to our knowledgeable salesperson Aaron B. His honest and open approach gave us the confidence in purchasing a new F150 limited edition. We decided on the vehicle within an hour and that evening it was in our garage. And a huge thank you to Jaime for getting all the paper work together after hours so we could take our new vehicle home. We couldn't be happier with the outstanding services we received. We highly recommend this dealership! read more

Absolutely one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had! Especially considering that this was my first big purchase, I was extremely overwhelmed. Brooke was helping me through the entire process and not only did she find a car that I loved but she found one that suited needs I didn't even know I had! She was so friendly and kind and I could feel she genuinely cared and went the extra mile for me which I didn't expect going into this experience! I would 100% recommend this dealership and I can assure you they will make it a great experience for you! Love my new ford escape!! Thanks again to all of Team Ford and to Brooke and Jason especially! read more

Corey Goodine was absolutely fantastic. Confident that he'd be able to offer the best and most competitive pricing (and he came through!) No promises he couldn't keep and no hidden fees. He was available constantly to answer my thousand questions. I'm very happy with the service that was provided and looking forward to taking my new F-150 back to Team for future services. My truck isn't being delivered for another week and there was no hesitation with them giving me a loaner in the meantime. Added bonus they're dog friendly and everyone was super sweet to my little girl! read more

In my experience, Team Ford 3304-91 Street NW, Edmonton, AB, Canada is an excellent place to service my vehicles, as they keep me informed about the repair process and the cost. It is highly recommended from my point of view. Thank you, MO, for helping to service and repair my vehicle with your extensive knowledge. I always leave feeling confident that my vehicle is in top condition thanks to their meticulous attention to detail. The staff's friendly demeanor and expertise make each visit a pleasant experience. This is probably the best dealership in town. The moment me and my wife walked into this dealership, we were very impressed. All the employees are very friendly and are always smiling. We were immediately helped by Mr. Victor Kim. We told him about our interest, budget and what we are looking for. He explained to us in detail about couple of trucks and finally we decided to get the F150. Mr. Kim helped us with the entire documentation. We are very with this truck and with this dealership. I would strongly recommend this to anyone. read more

Just bought our 8th vehicle from Team Ford. Cannot say enough positive things about Lance and Ricardo with our new vehicle purchase. The made us feel like we were their number one customer, very through with the details of the vehicle, as well as the financial side, and any questions we had. We were very happy we got to deal with Ricardo again from our last purchase, that definitely made the transition into the new vehicle an easy one. I would highly recommend either one of these gentlemen to help you into a new vehicle purchase. read more

All the employees in this dealership are very welcoming. They all greet you with a smile. I went to this dealership with my husband. We thought that it would be the same experience as other dealerships that we visited but it was not the case. Jason helped us and we were impressed by his knowledge and skills. After going through Edge and Escape we decided to get an Escape. He helped us with the documentation and also informed us about the warranty that we decided to add it to our package. Thankyou Team Ford, specially Jason! read more

Just purchased another new vehicle at Team Ford, and as usual it was a GREAT experience. In fact, it was our BEST experience to date, and we have purchased 7 vehicles there in the past. Our sales rep Lance, and the finance manager Ricardo Figora were an absolute pleasure to deal with. No questions were left unanswered, and we were truly treated like we were their number one priority. Not to mention the great service department. Would definitely recommend going to see these folks if you are in the market for a new vehicle. read more
