Finally a high end gym in Orlando!! Having been a member of Equinox for almost 8 years I have seen…read morewhat luxury should look like in the fitness world. First, the property alone is huge! Aside from a YMCA I've not seen another fitness facility, let alone a luxury one, this spacious. It's got plenty of equipment for both cardio and weights & at this time it's not over crowded, I see the staff giving tours daily and hopefully they won't allow it to be over what a luxury capacity should be like, but for now I have never had to wait for a machine at any time. The outdoor space is also huge, out of the locations I've seen so far this one feels the most like a country club. The hours are amazing as well, especially being open so early even on the weekends is a huge plus. The staff is very nice and professional, I haven't encountered anyone remotely rude, even when I had concerns they've seemed eager to help. Anyone that thinks they're rude here please go to a lifetime in south Florida and you'll see a difference. I firmly believe this is the friendliest and most luxurious one in Florida and sets the bar very high for the rest of them, I hope they can continue to keep the bar raised this high. I have not taken any classes or used the kids club so I cannot comment on those at this time. In terms of areas of opportunity for them there are only a few, I haven't seen them organize any mixers for the members yet, probably bc they were waiting for their liquor license... also the steam rooms and saunas are not hot enough, they built them to have glass walls instead of the concrete, which does look aesthetically better but diminishes the function because they don't hold heat in. Also right now it's not a huge issue but there's no covered walk way from the garage to the entrance which is quite a walk, during rainy season it's not going to be fun to get soaked on the way in or to the garage. Overall they get 5 stars, especially after having visited a few of the locations in south Florida, which pale in comparison in terms of atmosphere, space, or staff professionalism, I can confidently say Orlando does it best!! Please never ever let the bar slip, it would be a shame. Keep up the great work!

Check it out! I'll start with the not so great, and go into the good!…read more I can agree with one of the other reviewers here, but I still want to give this place 5 stars because it's still way better than any other gym. Keeping in mind this a gym not a rec center is key. I'm not sure why they call it a Beach Club if there is no beach, but the area is great. I would have liked to see a more adult, smaller, intimate pool area but they say they remove the lap, lane liners at times. The chairs and space is amazing! There is pickle ball outside and inside. I could agree that the pickle ball should just be indoor and the outdoor area could have been volleyball by the beach or one basketball court. I do wish that it was true all inclusive (minus the personals of course) and maybe they will make more offerings as they said. But, only the CRT Pilates was included and not classic and other offerings regarding that. It's separate. So there are add ons. Love the circulation leg sleeves area and hydro and cryo chairs! They have orange theory like classes, CTR pilates, a spa with hair, skin, massage services, mani/pedi,hot tubs, rain showers, steam room, sauna, hot yoga classes, TRX, cross fit style classes, ( no spin classes but cycles) one on one Pilates add ons and reformer. The beach club will eventually have alcohol. Kids club. Etc. Also, cafe, ( airport style lounge and cafe with food, drinks, protein add ons and food) Around $339 a month plus $300 sign up fee ( i never understand sign up fees) no fee for cancellation and you need 30 days out. If you add someone living in your home, it's like $165 to add them. Pretty nice! Here off Lee Road in Winter Park. Garage attached. You get 4 passes ...to bring plus one options. All in all, wow!

The establishment has an open concept so patrons are stretched out in the open. There are padded beds in a row towards the back. In the front, almost right at the entrance, is a desk. To the right of it is a waiting area. You take off your shoes when getting onto the mat and they do a great job of contacting you prior to your appointment to let you know to wear something comfortable (athletic wear preferred). As this was my first time being professionally stretched, I was a little shy about being in the public view, but Josie and I held conversation the entire session and this feeling went away. Josie is really good at what she does, and she made me feel very comfortable. I enjoyed the stretch and it was an awesome experience.

Soooo as you can see I haven't written many reviews lately. Frankly being a full time student and…read moreworking, I start to lose track of the days. But since the semester finished and I decided to go light on my school, I have all this free time and nothing to do. For those that know me very well this spells one thing: trouble! Even my parents stated I needed to find a hobby... So I thought about it and decided I needed and wanted to get in shape. I did a google search of fitness, why well because I'm a nerd and I like to check out everything that's out there before I just walk up to a gym. So I do my search and Fedorah Fitness comes up, it caught my eye mainly because I own about 20 fedora's so you know I had to click on the link. The website is really easy to navigate and straight to the point. So I read everything, yeah that's right every last thing, remember nerd here. And I took a gamble and signed up. Now let's get one thing straight I am NOT gullible not even slightly but I was intrigued. Honestly it's been awesome! You pay first and last up front and for the first 500 people it's only $9.99 a month. But you get a lot for that! I took there fitness assessment and after that they developed a meal plan based on my "macros" which out of all the nutrition meal plans out there it's one of the most effective! They also gave me a daily workout plan. Pretty much you are getting a personal trainer at your fingertips 24hrs a day for $10 bucks a month! Yeah try and find it cheaper anywhere..... I started this a month ago, I waited to see if I actually saw results before I wrote this, and yup I've lost 16 pounds! Now that's what I'm talking about people!!! If you follow what they send you, you will see the results and keep coming back for more. They actually also send you inspirational and motivational quotes and info to keep you going for those days when you just want to say eff the gym I love my couch. You know those days.... Check it out and give yourself a hobby that doesn't involve delinquent behavior. It's addicting, I have to say, but in an oh so good way.

Everything is sparkly and new. All machines are easy to use. There's tons of areas within the whole center. You have a spa, the gym itself, Pickleball court indoors and outdoors, tennis court, two pool areas, one which is more for adults, area for classes, massage, chairs, and Hydro chairs, personal trainers, work area, downstairs café area. Honestly, has everything you need. I can see easily how people spend the whole day here. Definitely a huge networking opportunity. Very bougie but I like it. I don't know if I can justify the price of close to $800 for our family. It's definitely more expensive than in some other of the lifetime clubs that I've seen. Wondering if it's just because it's really in the Winter Park area. The cons besides a little bit of an elevated price are if you have children, there are stagger times for pick up for those that are considered babies. You would have to pick them up by 12 versus the older kids and toddlers which can get picked up at 1 PM. This kind of presents a problem for parents that are looking to have kids babysat at the same time. Because you're forced to pick up one versus the other. Maybe something they'll change that in the future. It's definitely a suggestion brought up to Management more than once. They also won't change diapers which in my personal opinion I prefer I'd rather not have someone do that but I know that that's actually a big drawback for some. Really nice Wellness Center. Look forward to coming again.

I am looking forward to future wellness events that may be hosted here, as I truly enjoyed my visit here.
