I did not have a large job- rather, it only involved a few very minor dings on a recent purchase. The service was friendly, fast (under the 1.5 hour on-site estimate), and competent. The son of the owner handled my claim, and he was careful not to over-promise on anything. Overall, I'm satisfied with Dent Doctor, and I would recommend them, as they take walk-ins.

they had my vehicle for three weeks and when I went to pick it up it is not in the condition in…read morewhich I dropped it off. They are blaming it on me- for example saying a mold stain is actually rust from a car seat (although I have had car seat protectors in place since I bought it so it 1000% can't be the cause- in which the rude employee laughed in my face- her name is Mary btw)? They are also saying something under the seat caused mold on top of the seat which makes zero since- my husband had just detailed it recently? They are "courtesy" cleaning it even though it's not a courtesy to fix a problem you caused- however if my seat is not in the condition in which I brought it in I think they should replace it and they are saying I'd have to file it on my insurance which isn't happening! Pics for a warning to never take your car to Gwatney Collision in Sherwood without getting detailed photos in the condition in which you dropped it off!! Just a $50,000+ vehicle I entrusted them with

I was told repeatedly that it's almost done, that it's in line for paint and should be in that evening or next morning, that it should be done by the day I had to move worst case scenario. Now I'm told it may be another week. So my only option is to rent a car to move and then to have my car shipped once finished. Definitely not ideal and very frustrating as I was led to believe they were dedicated to getting this done before then to save me thousands. They are nice people to talk to, but overall, because of this timing, it's not been the greatest experience and has put me into debt. It's been very disappointing when I felt like they were on my side.

The estimator, Jeff was very efficient and friendly during his inspection of the vehicle which wound up being spot on. The parts were ordered and my appointment was scheduled. I felt better about the possibility of quality of work being performed after seeing plaques for their techs having BMW certifications for body work. The work was completed in one day as promised and they sent my truck through the detail shop which was a nice surprise. The bumper looks great and you cannot tell there was any damage unlike the last time I had a bumper repaired at another body shop in town. This has been one of the best body shop experiences I have had.
