His philosophy was he did not want to sell a man a car; he wanted to sell a man every car he would ever own. That same philosophy applied to the service department. You treat a customer fairly and that' is how you stay in business for the long hall. I have had the pleasure of getting that level of service at Taylor's on three occasions now with the son. It is nice to know that there are still craftsmen out there that treat customers fairly. You might have to wait your turn in line to get something done but it will be at a fair price, done professionally and of outstanding quality. Thank you, sirs.
