I looked online and randomly picked the closest wrecker service to me. Fortunately, it happened to be "Haul it All Towing". Three men including the owner came to our rescue. They spent an hour or so devising a way to put the boat on their truck. They offered to haul it back to their shop and store it until we were able to secure parts. Turns out we had to replace the whole axle. The owner, Gavin, recommend I try Lawrimore's Trailer in Falkville, AL. They had a perfect match that I was able to secure. Gavin insisted they put the axle on for me. I honestly didn't think we would ever get our boat home, but we did and we have "Haul it All Towing" to thank. These guys are hero's! My…read more2019 Ram 8HP70 transmission that pulls my camper was leaking fluid bad and I needed it looked at pretty quick. Knox at the front desk told me they were to busy that day but to bring it in the next morning for a free inspection and estimate for the repairs. The next morning he took it right in and almost immediately came out and told me it was a leaking coolant line and as that was included in the inspection there would be no charge for the repairs. I had some fluid in the truck because I knew it was leaking and they installed it for me and refused any payment. I've taken this truck to the mountains twice pulling my camper since the inspection and repairs and it has ran perfectly. If you are traveling and have a transmission problem this is the place you want to bring your vehicle to. You may have to rent a vehicle to continue your trip while waiting on repairs because all of the locals know this is the best place to come for your transmission repairs and you probably won't be first in line. You are still better off in the long run because you will get a quality repair.

I have to say they didn't have the best communication as far as letting us know about delays with our repairs, etc, which we finally found out was due to some personnel issues beyond their control. However, everyone we came in contact with was extremely helpful and kind, including Mr. Stovall. Once he found out we were having problems, he made sure the job was completed in a timely manner and the technicians did an excellent job with both the body work and paint.
