I have been coming to this place for quite some time now, so much so that the guy in the afternoons knows my order by memory. I have struggled with writing this review because I do enjoy my tea when it is made as it should be. The guy in the afternoon perfects it every time, and almost everyone else minus 1. This morning, I just couldn't settle for another disappointment, so I kindly showed the ladies at the window what I was looking for in a color that creates the exact taste that has me coming back. I did let her know that the guy mentioned to me that he was making the super tea as it should be. However, every time this young lady makes it, it just looks and tastes terrible to me. It's literally a waste of my money--$5.77, to be exact--and I throw it away when I get to my office. She even remade it this morning, and it still wasn't the same or taste. She told me they recently got a new pineapple, and I'm not a fan. Wasted money again. Please help correct this problem. My order is a 24oz super tea with sugar free lemonade and 1/2 the caffeine. read more

This is what I need in my life. As someone that works nights, every now and then I need an energy boost. I really wish I found this place before because it gave me exactly what I needed. The taste for me is okay as I'm not a fan of energy drinks. But I love the colors and that it gets the job done. The 32 ounce was way too much for me so I ended up sharing it amongst others and they really enjoyed the taste. I definitely will come back but get a smaller size. The medium had 150 milligrams of caffeine I believe and I wasn't bouncing off walls or anything. But I was definitely able to stay up and had the energy to want to stay at work. Which is rare. Stopped in for the first time and ordered an iced chai. After reading the reviews I asked for light ice. Unfortunately, the request was not acknowledged and my 32oz cup was mostly ice which of course melted down into my drink and diluted any flavor it had. By the end it just tasted like dirty water. The first few sips were really good though so I know their tea is good. It's a huge drink and I believe it was their medium size that I ordered. It was $6.21 with tax which isn't exactly cheap but again it was huge. If it wasn't mostly ice I definitely wouldn't have minded paying $6 for it. The staff was nice and it took just a few minutes. They don't have order ahead and the menu is extensive and not very clear. I was given the option to have the chai be spicy or sweet or somewhere in between which is a nice option to have. I will go back but hopefully next time I'll get a drink that's not quite so watered down. read more

Service is always lovely. I just want to love this place so badly. Unfortunately the concept is over complicated. When i go in i want to order a london fog . Or an italian soda. But they have super coconut tea hyper drive plus vanilla and 10 more things! And really i just want a london fog with cream. So when i order things im expecting universally accepted world wide classic tea options so i know what im getting. Sure sell those wacky flavors but also offer regular tea drinks for the masses. There is NO reason an italian soda has coconut in it. It just doesn't. It never has. Ive purchased 4 different drinks and tossed everyone in the trash after leaving because the flavor profile is so utterly undrinkable. Like licking fake plastic coconut icing.- on a blueberry italian soda?! I recommend changing the concept all together. Cause this is not selling anything tea like. read more

Been wanting to try but the line has been insane. Driving by we noticed it was reasonable so we pulled in. Overall good experience and we'll be back to try other flavors. There is no speaker at the drive up menu but drinks were quickly prepared once we ordered at the window and we felt it was affordable for variety of specialty teas. I LOVE this place! We enjoy the refreshment wall of all the different brewed teas. I personally love the loose leaf tea. This is the only place I can get a pure earl grey latte without all the sugar. We got to talk to the owner once which was really insightful. She worded it perfectly... you can make your drink "as healthy or as sugary as you want here." We have only had pleasant experiences here with all the staff. The drive thru is convenient, especially when our dog is with us (he is always offered a treat!) Tea, sweet tea, lattes, loose leaf, energy drinks... whatever your style is they have something to offer! Highly recommend! read more

I absolutely love coming here for a refreshing energy tea and to buy loose leaf tea....when they are open A few times Ive swung by at 0730 or 0745 to grab a tea and the store will be closed when the hours posted on the door indicte they should be open I went by Wednesday June 15 at 0730 and got into the drive threw lane with one car ahead of me. As i studied the menu I noticed that the car infront of me kept honking and then drove off. When i pulled up to the window, there were no lights on. I drove to the front door to double check times. Posted on the door says they open at 7am. The door were locked and no lights were on. I decided to wait and see if anyone showed up. By 0750 the store was still closed and a couple more people tried the drive through only to drive away a few mins later with no service. This isn't the first time this has happened trying to get service at the beginning of the day and the store not open. No sign or anything to indicate why. Since this wasn't a one time event, Ive decided to post this review in hopes that it will let the owners or a supervisor know that their store isn't opened as advertised. I will keep coming to this place, because I love tea and I love the energy teas provided. But it get frustrating when the store isn't open at 7am and I don't have an opportunity to return later read more

Sienna was very helpful. My mom says she's the sweetest cashier she's ever had anywhere! The owner brought our drinks out and was equally as nice. The hot chia latte tea was the best my mom ever had; I agree it was very good. My iced gunpowder's green tea with honey and a hint of lemon was spot on; exactly what I wanted. I had heard such good things about this place from the ladies at my church that I had to check them out today. They have a drive-thru and it was very fast! The menu was easy to read and both drinks we got were delicious. I got an Italian cream soda with strawberry flavor instead of vanilla and my husband got a chai tea latte sweet. He said his chai tea tasted better than the stuff he gets at Starbucks! The girl that helped us in the Drive-Thru was very sweet and had a cute Harry Potter mask. We had wonderful service and she was very gracious to explain how the menu worked and how we could substitute things. I had no idea until I went inside the store has so many loose leaf options. They also have the best water and ice. We fill our 5 gallon water jugs there & it's the cheapest gallon around. GOOD and BAD experience. Staff were very nice. The shop has a self serve sample bar where you can try some of the more traditional teas. The Regular iced black tea is pretty good. The green tropical is very nice. If you stay with regular teas you should be happy. The iced MACHA LATTE was DISAPPOINTING. It was watery and weak. The Matcha had a fishy taste which might means it is old or not top quality everyday Macha powdered tea. Probably will not purchase that again. The smallest size for iced Matcha available is 20 oz. It was $7.50 including tip. Too pricey given the quality. Up your game on the Matcha folks! Starbucks has you beat on that count. I WOULD PROBABLY use their drive through window to get regular tea in the future If I'm in a rush as I pass through Kyle (which is often) as it is on the southbound I-35 access road near Downtown Kyle. read more

I think this business is trying to work out their kinks; however, one too many times they are out of drinks due to being low on supplies and they are understaffed causing long wait times both outside and in. They are nice and polite and do apologize when mistakes are made. Hopefully I can come back and provide a higher rating when things get better. read more

just on the way home from grocery shopping came across this new establishment in a newly opened shopping strip mall . glad we decided to take a look they have teas for every taste hot, cold,plain of flavored to drink there or take home , service outstanding only 2 tables set up i quess cus of the pandemic at least room for 3 more .I can still taste it will be back to sample some more flavors pretty soon. with purchase we got a token for a free 32oz drink . also there is a wf hf table for customers use... Really cool! I never knew tea could be so exciting. The people there are really nice and welcoming and willing to help you navigate the teas and figure out what you want. I found this really helpful because I had never been. I originally went to get a gift card for a friend and ended up getting a free drink and it was super good.
