I enjoyed a cup of the complimentary barley tea that they provide as an option to water. The service was pleasant and the food was brought to my table really quickly. The interior is spartan but clean and organized. Thanks to the owners for keeping this place consistently producing a delicious product with fair pricing for the food. I'll definitely be back.

It was PLENTY of food and everything was delicious. You do not need to order anything extra because it is a good amount of food. The best part is the duck - so flavorful and beautifully cooked. We spent about 2 hours here as each course is made to order, so be aware of that if you're also ordering the DK Experience. My favorite dish here is the Three cup chicken. After some time passed the server returned to inform us the ribs were sold out and provided us with a menu to look at other options. A little more time passed and then more bad news the egg drop soup was also out of stock. We declined on ordering anything else and I asked if my chicken sando was still coming and was told yes it's on it's way. Meanwhile we watched three other tables arrive and place orders and even receive their food and yet my chicken sando was still missing. I flagged down our server and again was told my chicken was coming. Another 15 minutes passed and still not sandwich. I politely flagged down our server and requested the check as our lunch experience had gone on for over an hour now and still our food was incomplete. We got an apology and the bill and began to exit. As we were leaving the server arrived at our table with a takeout bag with my chicken sando. I'm not sure what was happening on this visit but something felt very off at the Drunken Kitchen. First impressions are very important especially in a dining experience and this first impression was not good at all.

However, when I asked for the punch card to be stamped, they refused and said that's for dine-in only as well. We had purchased five bowls of ramen and they refused a simple stamp. This interaction alone makes me not want to return to this location or make the recommendation to my friends.

If the promotion is different depending on the location, they really need to make that clear on the flyer or not have those flyers out. Service was okay. The food came out quickly, but there wasn't much checking in afterward. We had to go out of our way to ask for things like refills or anything else we needed. We ended up paying the full bill, and no one even apologized or offered any kind of resolution. While I understand that mistakes happen, it felt like a very dismissive response, especially after we had already brought the issue to their attention. I honestly feel like the food quality at this restaurant has gone downhill. What disappointed me even more was the lack of customer service and follow-through. If a customer takes the time to politely bring up an issue, I would expect someone from management to at least come to the table and address it. At first, we thought the AC was broken. After asking about it, we were told that the staff couldn't adjust the AC without the owner's approval, and the owner was out of town. I can't verify whether that's actually the policy, but if that's what happened, it's hard to understand why no one could make the restaurant comfortable for both customers and the employees working there--especially considering how hot it's been lately. That experience left a really bad impression. If saving on air conditioning was the reason, I think that's a poor decision that comes at the expense of everyone's comfort. While writing this review, I also noticed another google review from someone who said they had concerns about how management treated employees. I can't speak to their experience, but combined with what I experienced, it doesn't leave me with much confidence. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be coming back
