I love this place. Parking is easy and the staff crazy nice and helpful. I didn't see a menu, but knew what I wanted. I pulled a half star, because I would have liked seeing a list of options inside. Oh, speaking of inside, the AC was perfect and the vibe comfortable and clean. The cups are reusable, so I added that 1/2 star back. Be mindful and keep the cup, it's nice. Now, the drink was good. Not a fresh brew, like I've had in Koreatown, but definitely had nice flavor and texture. Not too sweet. Leyla, the awesome person making my order, offered single or double boba. I did a single, and it was great for me. It tasted good, not chewy or tough, and served with a straw that was big enough for it to not get stuck. Great spot! The drinks are made as you order and they have loads of Boba and Jelly options. Everything my husband and I have tried always hits right. The service is always top notch with cheerful cashiers/drink makers. We've never had a bad experience there. There are a lot of cute photo ops and the temp is just right inside. There's enough tables for a few groups. I think there is a bathroom for customers only, but don't quote me on that. read more

Visiting from out of town and wasn't expecting to find a good boba spot to be honest in the area but was pleasantly surprised ;) Try the strawberry fruit yakult boba ! my boyfriend got the honey kumquat tea which he also really enjoyed- we could adjust the sweetness and ice level which was great, as not so sweet people ‍ The staff here is super sweet and friendly! read more

I do like their tea! But a few things - Please update your listings and remove "Free Wifi". As a visitor to the desert, I took a rideshare hoping to enjoy a tea and do some work but was told that the "Wifi was locked" when I asked for the password. I checked Apple Maps and Yelp before arriving to see if free wifi was listed and both say that it is available here. Also, please update the store hours on google maps, yelp. or at least your website. They are all different and when I called to check no one picked up the phone. Luckily you were open today but would have enjoyed my time more if I wasn't also expecting free wifi. read more

I don't like to come on these places and do this, but I had very bad customer service today I ordered some fruit drink with 2x popping Boba and I got my drink and it had regular Boba and so I went back up there and I said sorry this was supposed to be made with popping Boba and she says oh do you want to pay extra and I said what? cause I was confused because I already paid extra for popping Boba and she said that she couldn't remake it and I feel like that is not good customer service because that was her mistake and I sensitivity issues to texture and now I couldn't even drink the drink I paid for because of her mistake and the AC was out and it was very, very hot in there. read more

I was craving Matcha & it's hard to come by good quality Matcha tea in this desert, but I was so pleased to find that this location has an item with Uji Matcha! It comes with cheese foam & you can add boba, if you like. I really like the cup that it comes in, feels nice. It also seems to be reusable, which I appreciate. I got mine half sweet because it makes it easier to know if I want to adjust it in the future, but I think it's perfect. I am okay with unsweetened Matcha, so I would like to try it that way next time... and there will definitely be a next time! I'm from Diamond Bar and so when it comes to boba, I am a bit of boba snob. Tea Be Honest and a few other places here in the desert just don't do boba justice. However, this place has amazing tea and boba that doesn't taste like it has been sitting out for days. I was pleasantly surprised given the location and have recommended them to everyone I know. Creative menu! Locally owned! Easy parking in the parking lot! If you are looking for a milk tea, they only have powdered nondairy milk or whole milk. Most nondairy creamers still have an ingredient from cows. However, the woman working the counter gave me so many great caffeine free and non milk options. Cute seating. My husband and I were in town for the long weekend. After dinner, I looked for a milk tea drink place and this place seemed promising. I was looking for a non-caffeinated drink and decided on the strawberry yakult drink. I asked the staff to make sure the yakult drink was a sweetened probiotic milk drink (thin)and not the food produced by bacterial fermentation of milk (thick). The staff explained that it was syrupy that tasted like yakult. I asked if it'd be super sweet since it was syrup. She said no and can just not add addition sweetener. It seemed weird to have yakult flavor syrup because I've never heard of that. Being a huge boba, tea, and milk tea fanatic, I decided to give it a try at 25%. The drink just tasted like syrup/ sugar water. It was not good. I just left the drink in my car cupholder. I didn't even bother taking a photo of it since I was in the car in the dark. PARKING There is a parking lot with plenty of parking. SERVICE Service was ok. The staff acknowledged us right away because she was mopping the floor but no caution sign in sight. PRICING The price is average. It was brought up to my attention that their sanitation rating is a C- yikes! The overall trip to Tea Momo was very disappointing. I ended up driving a bit further to get another tea drink. read more

This was my first time here and I really like this spot. We ordered both the Taro Milk Tea and Lavender Milk Tea at 25% sugar and less ice. It was tasty, the sweetness level was perfect and the tea still shines through. When we ordered we had to wait 20 minutes until the next boba batch. The boba didn't have flavor, but I liked the consistency of it. The ambience and decor of the place was really cute & clean, and the girl working was sweet. They are never open and the hours provided online are extremely inaccurate. I have seen multiple people try to walk into this establishment thinking that it's open when it's not and I was also one of those people I came about 30 minutes before it was closing one night and they weren't even open. They're not open during the day they just advertise hours that are not accurate. True I don't know if the establishing shut down or what's going on but don't waste your time driving read more

As I walked in, there was no sense of urgency or even a basic greeting. It looked like they were in the middle of cleaning, and one had gloves on, which is understandable, but a simple "Welcome" or "We'll be right with you" would have completely changed the experience. As someone who comes here often, I already know what I like to order. When one of the employees, who had long acrylic nails, came to take my order, she said nothing at all. No greeting, no "Are you ready," no "What can I get you." Just silence. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I also noticed she had removed her gloves after cleaning and went straight to the counter without washing her hands, which is concerning, especially given the nails. After I placed my order, she immediately moved to process payment without confirming if I wanted anything else. There was no effort to engage or ensure the order was complete, which added to the overall lack of professionalism. The most concerning part of my visit happened when my drink was ready. As I went to pick it up from the bar, I saw one of the employees, the one with a piercing on her cheekbone, drinking from the blender that was used to make my drink. She stopped midway when we made eye contact. That alone was unacceptable. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially because I have had good visits here before. The Juice should take more care in hiring and training staff to ensure basic customer service and hygiene standards are met. Because I work nearby in a role that relies heavily on networking and customer experience, I will be sure to share this experience with my colleagues so they are aware if they consider visiting while similar staffing is in place.

He arrived a few minutes early and went inside to wait. The man behind the counter asked what he wanted to order, and Joe politely explained that he would wait to order until his friend arrived in about five minutes. The employee told Joe that he could not wait inside unless he was ordering ice cream immediately. Joe again explained that his friend was almost there, but the man nastily told him to wait outside instead. My husband, not wanting any confrontation, went outside and stood in 104° weather waiting for his friends. When they arrived, they all went inside and still spent about $25 on ice cream. What upsets me most is that there was no apology, no explanation, and the store was completely empty at the time. Nobody should be treated this way, especially over simply waiting a few minutes for a friend inside an ice cream shop. I will absolutely be contacting the manager or owner to understand why this happened. I can also guarantee that I will never recommend or return to Monster Shakes after hearing about this disgraceful treatment of my dear husband.

Tho I don't live too far from here and drive by all the time, it's an unassuming place in an older building, and assumed it's an Oriental gift shop or rug store. Because their signage is small and doesn't stand out too much when I've driven by. Recently discovered Fil Am on Yelp browsing through my local search feed. I like to support local but was surprised to see I missed out on this place. But thrilled to learn it's a small family owned Asian grocery store, with a hot foot counter too, serving up takeout Filipino food. Planned a visit here when otw back home from errands, but what I hadn't planned on was walking out with more than I anticipated. After browsing through every aisle in the store, I found some Japanese Sweet Yams for only $1.99/lb and happily picked 5 perfect potatoes. I thought that was going to be the end of it, but knew I'd be back again here in the near future. Just when I thought it was over: While waiting for a regular customer to check out & pay at the register, I noticed a sign that read "$10 minimum for ATM & credit cards" which I can totally understand why, being a small mom & pop shop. Since it was lunch time and didn't feel like making my own lunch (again) once back home or having a cold shake to cool me down, figured I'd maybe try some Filipino food instead. Because I read some reviews expressing it's very good and pretty good -- particularly the Pancit = noodles similar to vegetable chow main. Ordered a shall container that was packed deep inside the container and figured I'll keep it at that for my first time here. But then saw some veggies calling my name because I love orange Asian squash, along with the okra, green beans and carrots...and asked for a small container. Okay, now I was set (so I thought) and figured it'd keep it light with a vegan lunch on a blistering hot May day. But then I saw the Adobo chicken and it looked good so I figured I'd get a small order to sample for some more protein. Especially when Marlin, the sweet gal assisting me, promised it's not too salty nor spicy. Okay..so now I was really set with more than I had intended but figured it'd be my lunch and dinner too. But I'm partially conflicted with the food for this review because I don't usually eat much Filipino food. But I eat lots of Asian food, as it's one of my favorite food cultures, and happen to think I have good taste and know Asian food. And I know what's what when it comes to well-prepared food. First of all the service here is so warm & friendly. I felt very welcomed and comfortable here (even tho it was 105 degrees outside) yet the temp inside was just right. All 3 gals here greeted me with a friendly "hello" and smiles. Major bonus points. One of the first things I noticed was the store did not stink and smell one bit like other mom & pop asian stores I've been to before. There's a parking lot in the back, where I entered the store. There's also a front entrance on Date Palm Canyon. The Food Review: Most of the prepared hot food is served ala carte inside small/medium/large containers for takeout as there's nowhere here to eat. Everything is securely packaged with tender love & care for takeout. No drips no runs no errors. The veggies ~~ were very good and fresh. The taste was pretty good and the flavor was accented with fish sauce that was not expected. But it tasted like anchovies. I love all fish but not anchovies. The price seemed a little steep for the portion. But I get it and food costs. Pancit ~~ noodles were great. Veggies fresh and crisp. But the flavor was too salty for me and dominated by soy sauce. Portion was equal to value. I wasn't feeling the lemon juice packet that came with the noodles. I'm sure it cuts out some of the salt & soy sauce, but like I said, wasn't feeling it, and anything sour. Chicken Adobo ~~ the chicken was very dry and chewy and was like eating beef jerky. The sauce was extremely salty. Sauce was filled with too much corn starch and the leftovers for round 2 at dinner time, was thicker than jello. Portion equates to price point. Not sure if this was just an off day or this is the norm. But I probably won't be eating takeout food here next time. All day & night I could not stop drinking water from the sodium overload in all the food. But there will be a next time for some of their Asian grocery items and outstanding friendly customer service...and as mentioned to Marlin, I intend to be a regular customer.

Such a hidden gem Tea shop!My Friend recommended this place in her Ins,so I had to come try it out their fresh fruit tea drinks. The vibe here is nice and AC feels amazing in dessert heat,and they have free Wi-Fi.such a great spot to relax or get some work done. I was sur to find out they serve chinese food too!Me and my friend tried the teriyaki chicken rice bowl ,bbq pork bun and dumplings soup! OMG!Highly recommended for this place! Stopped by today for some fresh tea and was surprised to see they've added a lot of Chinese food to the menu! My daughter and I decided to give it a try, and honestly, we didn't expect much--but everything was SO good! My daughter is a super picky eater, and she finished the entire bowl of dumpling soup! The food tastes very authentic, the portions are great, and the prices are surprisingly affordable. Definitely a hidden gem for authentic Chinese food in the area.
