Helped me understand what I should be doing and how to check my fit. Friendly and helpful the whole time. She had other customers but kept coming back to check on me. This really made my day because it's so hard to find my size in Yuma. The other stores we went to customer service was horrible and seemed like they couldn't be bothered. Especially during the holiday season I understand but still. Whoever trained this worker did a great job. She's the best and I'll be going back for more and telling everyone I know. Her name was Shavelli. Hope I'm spelling that right. Make sure you go see her for a measuring at Dillard's.

My mother told the employee that she would think about it (was unsure of size & color) and told her the same day that she will not be purchasing anything after all. A month later my mother received a bill for the amount approved. When mother called they said the employee that originally helped her no longer works there, so they told my mother she needs to continue to make the payments and that she has 3 months to select the merchandise she wants. They refused to resolve the issue and till this day she has not received a call back. Again received another bill for a past due amount and total credit of $2000+ for merchandise she does not have nor purchased. I do NOT recommend them and if you read their reviews neither do MANY other unsatisfied clients. I've also read bad reviews on the BBB website. It's a shame that they take advantage of their clients trust.
