They refused to resolve the issue and till this day she has not received a call back. Again received another bill for a past due amount and total credit of $2000+ for merchandise she does not have nor purchased. I do NOT recommend them and if you read their reviews neither do MANY other unsatisfied clients. I've also read bad reviews on the BBB website. It's a shame that they take advantage of their clients trust.
