From the first welcome accompanied by a cup of peppermint tea, to the calming music and beautifully appointment treatment rooms, everything is carefully thought about so you can spend time focussing on being relaxed. A massage here is exceptional, with the therapists obviously holding a high amount of training and experience. Sore legs? They'll spend more time on those when you tell them beforehand. A little knot in your left shoulder? Don't worry, they'll find it and gently knead it out. Don't worry about walking out feeling like an oil slick as they'll use hot towels to remove excess oil before giving you an oil-free face massage. This small attention to detail is what sets more expensive massages apart from cheaper alternatives. And it's not just massage they do well at East Day Spa. Greeted with the most friendly staff I have ever experienced. They explained the layout and amenities perfectly. Follow the trail to the springs. Warm water hits your toes as the surroundings encapsulate you making you feel as though you are in an another world. The cave is amazing, swim through and continue on under a bridge to an even warmer spring. Pick your temperature. The waiters will greet you spa side and you can order the most delicious cocktails.
